Thanks. I did t know if there was a benefit to being in the courtyard area or on deck 15. The walk to the restaurant or the buffet depending on your age. Teens opting for. Buffet

I see these cabins are on deck 15 and deck 16. Is there a preferred deck? or side of the ship? What are the pros and cons of being near/inside the haven courtyard? Where is the entrance and what is the easiest way to get there??

I'm trying to figure if it was worth it for our group due to the cold sea days sailing out of NYC. Of course if they close the pool due to rough seas it wont matter:eek:

Can anybody rate their preference for the complimentary food venues on the Breakaway and why(such as décor, seating, wait time, staff friendliness, etc.)? It is my understanding that the menus are pretty much the dame.

Since its already paid for I will save $$ for celebrating the special occasion one night only.

:confused:If you and your teen are booked in the haven, Is the teen able to use the haven pool or is it adults only??

I read hers somewhere that the forward haven suite does not have metal walls. just saying:)

I was also looking for a balcony to mini for the large bathroom. I was told they upsell interior and ocean view to minis and then upsell balconies and minis to haven. I was also told that they upsell the haven suites first and then the minis ten days before.

What time did the e mail come in? Also when you say it went to your promotional folder did you mean junk folder?? Its kind of like powerball. Its fun to dream:D

Where can one get a milkshake on Breakaway and what is the fee? And where can one find complementary pizza, burgers and hot dogs??

Is the Haven Pool (retractable) open the first sea day for all??

After the Costa Concordia my daughter was spooked for our then upcoming Princess Cruise. She sailed reluctantly and had a blast. Now she is comforting her spooked friend who is supposed to join us on the Breakaway, " Don't worry, you will forget all about it when you get on the ship." A true cruiser. :D

Can anybody who has sailed NYC Departures in early April tell of their experience with rough waters? I need to prepare myself:eek: And es I know its always changing. I just want to know of past experiences.

Can anybody compare the BX large balcony or minisuite on the Breakaway? I would love to have the larger bathroom but also love the large balcony. Sailing ith a party of 4. BTW I cant afford a real suite. :rolleyes:

Ok. My daughter is pestering me. She wants to know if she will meet people in the teen club Entourage like she did on Princess. I told her yes, however, she wants to hear from somebody who has familiarity with the club. Moms?? I guess she is looking more for a play by play as to when the teens used the area and where they met others, if they met others and where they hung out. Any info besides what NCL provides would be nice. Thanks in advance:)
