  1. When on a rant, some posters might get some of the facts wrong.
  2. Some time after 8AM, though unless the pre-purchase tickets are a lot cheaper, I'd wait to buy them when you need them on site.
  3. They should offer excursions in the new port though it may take a while for them to load them in the planner.
  4. You won't know the details of that until you sail - don't schedule something before at least 2+ hours after arrival and of course be back at least 90 min before departure.
  5. I wouldn't count on it before 10AM, though check in may be available before then.
  6. It probably varies but most of the times they're Samsungs.
  7. No, the casting should be able to be done wirelessly and does not rely on a Voom package. Bring the HDMI to ensure the connection in case the casting doesn't work.
  8. They usually become available 30 days out either in eDocs or separately from the booking page.
  9. No, but better chance than when it was in just submitted status.
  10. There's no "Sky Class" on more than half the fleet for a JS to moved up to.
  11. That option is usually not available in the US and good luck waiting for a reply via email.
  12. The booking just needs to be made a solo (by canceling the second person it converts to a solo booking) before sailing for the extra solo points.
  13. Again, anyone/everyone, even if they don't have a cruise booked, can see the menu you are seeing. It might have some historical value but virtually no one searches for info in old threads.
  14. Several threads about this - yes, many have experienced planner items not available at the advertised price.
  15. Somewhat recently, folks have started reporting the denial email being received the day before sailing. The pattern has been that you may get an "initial" denial about two days out (which means that they are done with them shoreside) but on-board upgrade are possible - then the "final" denial usually is received early evening on sail away day.
  16. RCI generally decides changes more than 330 days out to avoid also having to pay air fare change fees.
  17. Welcome to CC. Yes and yes. Don't ask why RCI does some things - it will just lead to frustration.
