Friends and family sail free promo has been on for over a year now so why would it end? When it ends they just start it right back up again. The difference now is it just isn't kids.. it's any 3rd and 4th passenger sail free except for the taxes and service fess

I believe gratuities is now added on even if UBP is chosen through the free at sea promo, where it never used to be.

You have to phone NCL directly to get the Canada at par price .. or was this during a phone call to NCL. Remember as long as you take the At Par promotion you give up all other promotions

I have been getting flamed for 2 days, because I said something to that effect. Laws are NOT made to be broken just because mommy and daddy want their kids to do something that they want to do.

And by allowing 18-20 years to to drink in international water away from the USA is obeying the law. Glad we have all finally agreed that this is acceptable by all law abiding citizens

Following the law is always a plus.

What's the law? The law is in international waters 18 year olds can drink. American law ends once you get out of American waters. USA has one of the highest drinking ages in the world. There's a reason so many American kids on border towns cross into Canada once they hit 18 or 19 depending on which province they visit.

Contrary to popular belief not everyone is from the USA and has a 21 year old drinking age. It's 19 in most of Canada and 18 in some of Canada. Or better yet how about you don't worry how other people enjoy their vacation :rolleyes:

The Getaway was supposed to go there in April. Development fell behind the original schedule and now is not expected to be ready until November. Until then all stops scheduled have been changed to Belize City

What is My NCL, and what are eDocs?

 

My NCL is where you either Log In or Create a profile for NCL.COM. Simply click on "Log In to My NCL" (top right of any page) to access all of your important pre-cruise information, complete your Online Check-In, book a cruise and reserve Shore Excursions. Once you've completed your Online Check-In you can download eDocs, a detailed summary of your cruise vacation that acts as your boarding pass.

You can't get any e-docs until you have been assigned your cabin numbers.

As an add on, if you book through a TA do you have access to your edoc or is it something the TA has to do for you. Reason I ask is we are 45 days or so out, paid in full and online Check in complete... still no access to edocs. Have never used a TA before so just curious.

Not sure. I talked to 2 TA'S and NCL directly and got nowhere.

Call them, they will add the promo to your sailing.

 

We booked our Xmas 2016 sailing last month and got the UBP promo. Then UDP promo came out and we called and they added that promo to our deal.

 

Free booze and food! You just gotta keep an eye on the promotions as they change all the time.

Not true. It's not that simple. You were probably able to do it, but in behind the scene they cancelled your existing booking and re-booked with the current promos. Because you were only a month into the booking the price was probably unchanged.

If the OP had a booking for quite awhile for them to cancel and rebook to get the updated promo could be quite costly... especially if they are Canadian with the value of the Canadian dollar taking a nozedive. At the end of the day, from my TA and directly from NCL they cannot just simply "add" and newer promo to a current booking.
