I noticed the same tray tables outside several cabins on my recent Wind Surf cruise. The cabins were all close to the Medical Center. Seemed likely to me to be passengers in quarantine.

I received a nice canvas bag on my recent Wind Surf cruise.

Windstar does provide transportation from the hotel in Anchorage to the port in Seward. I have done this twice. It is a beautiful drive. I don't recall what the cost was, perhaps $75 per person.
