Just booked the Empress of the Sea's cabin 8680 any thought on this cabin.

Does anyone know were Celebrity moved to. Still can't access my cruises.

I've seen the list of drinks or alcohols that are available in the Diamond Lounge or with the 3 vouchers, question is what kind of drinks can you get?

 

For example can you get a Mojito with the rum offered or a Tequila Sunrise, Mai Tia, Margarita on the rocks, Moscow mule? Or is it strictly like a rum and coke, gin and tonic, I'm not sure what else you'd do with tequila other than a shot :) I know frozen drinks are out.

 

What have you all been able to get?

I've been able to get Manhattans and my wife has had Cosmos.

It is nonstop but I don’t see a later flight that would get us there before the cruise departs.

I had to cancel a cruise aboard the Anthem of the Seas in December. Was wondering how long it takes to receive my certificate for a future cruise.

Interesting, those staterooms do not show up on the deck plans that are on RCI's web site.

Just off the Adventure April 21 there are computers on deck 8 in the centu.

Hi I've completed the online check in upload security photo. I see now there is a Set Sail Pass for each guest., with arrival time. The problem when printing the Set Sail Pass it does not fit on the page. Any Ideas .Thanks.

Hi, we are trying to find a special cruise for our 25th anniversary next August 2019.

We have been going around in circles checking out all other cruise lines and have just found a back to back in the Western Med and Greek Islands on the Jewel of the Seas. Have only ever done a 3 night cruise on the IOS a few years back so really are not sure what to expect re the Jewel. We imagine that it will be busy with families that time of the year but it is the only time we can sail.

 

Is the ship like the IOS with the large promenade areas? NO

What perks do you get if you have a suite? Concierge Lounge. (Not for a JR. Suite)

Is there any issues with soot on an aft balcony at all? NO

If we book 2 2 week cruises do we get any sort of discount for a back to back as on other cruise lines? Check with your TA

Do they have formal nights at all? YES there are 2 formal nights.

Anyone know if the Jewel of the Seas is being chartered during the month of January 2019.

Were gratuities included or were they extra.

Another nice thing with the coffee card is if you don't use all 15 you can take it on your next cruise. It has no expiration date. I purchased one on the Empress in June and finished it on the Jewel in January.

Thanks for the info. What are the normal times for early and late traditional dinner?

We were on the Jewel Jan 14,2018 and the muster drill was held at 5:45 and dinner was at 6:30.

I was always told here why stress your vacation trying to make an early flight.

We did had the beach loungers earlier this year in February and it included the 2 mats, water, and fruit.

 

But was looking at the description of the beach loungers in the cruise planner for our November cruise (planned on getting loungers again) and the description no longer includes the 2 mats, water, and fruit.

 

Has anyone been recently and know if the mats, water, and fruit are still included with the beach loungers??

We were there last month and yes the mats, water and fruit are included.
