Happy thanksgiving! Best wishes to all! We will walk in a few minutes, missed going to tai chi since I slept late- had a weird dream of evacuating and then realizing I left lots of things (eg money, credit cards) behind. I have been looking at too much TV news.

Good morning and happy thanksgiving! We watched Rays game on tv for 5 hours yesterday- we lost in 15th inning. Oh well, now I’ll have more time for other things! Thanks for all of the information! Meal, drink and wine look good!

Good morning! I had the sr flu shot yesterday and my arm is a bit sore. Will get COVID booster in a few weeks, I want it closer to Jan cruise departure. we watched the Rays lose yesterday. Will watch today- I predict they will win today, but on Sunday who knows?? last night we went to theater to see Benise- Spanish Nights. As theater members we can go to lounge for drinks and appetizers! Today I will write more checks from IRA to satisfy my RMD and help with disaster relief! I hate being on charities mailing lists - to me it is a real turn off. I write on donations do not send me solicitations more than once per year. Unfortunately it doesn’t work, oh well, I have a trash can.

Good afternoon! Thanks for all of the information! We went for bloodwork this morning. Should get results by our doctor visit on Wednesday. Afterwards we had a nice big breakfast - corned beef hash and eggs with a biscuit- a bit decadent, but good! best wishes to all!

Good evening! We got home to St. Petersburg last night. Everything is fine! We were very lucky! There are still people nearby without power. And the dreadful photos from south of us. Best wishes to all! Stay safe!

We are still in Houston- looking at horrible news about Ian. The airport in Tampa is still closed, but we fly Saturday so shouldn’t be a problem. Surprisingly there are over 250,000 power outages in Tampa and St. Petersburg. Duke has a website of outages showing the locations and numbers. We have a lot of power lines downed by trees. I am anxious to go home to check for problems. We are so lucky, I hope others are staying safe! I used to try to grow catnip for my various cats, they all loved it, so much so that plants would not last long. They would roll over it. I even tried using tomato cages to keep their bodies out of it, but they found ways to get to it- was funny really!

We are still in Houston- I was able to change flight to Tampa to Saturday- also had to extend hotel here and change some appointments. I am glad I did - thanks for encouragement to change. My DS who lives on water near us in St Petersburg went to a friend’s house in a non evacuation zone. Water may still be a problem. She has a greenhouse which may not withstand winds, but moved orchids inside. But we are really lucky. I hope that others survive wind and water. Ian looks dangerous. best wishes to all. I hope everyone stays safe. Congratulations Debbie on getting new house! It looks nice.

We are in San Diego! Flying here my suitcase was badly damaged (had a hole through plastic on corner which used to have a wheel). To my surprise Delta had new suitcases in a back room, so I accepted a replacement on the spot- it isn’t the best suitcase, but it is new without holes! Last night we went to an Iranian restaurant- they serve rice with everything- lots of rice. We are concerned about all of the storms and fires - stay safe! Best wishes!

Happy Saturday! we went to Rays game last night and unfortunately they lost by 1. Tonight and Monday we go again, hope they win! On Tuesday we fly to San Diego for DH’s ship reunion and then to Houston for the Tin Can Sailor’s annual reunion. I like chicken mole, but have never made it.

Good afternoon! I just finished reading all of the posts. Thanks for daily, recipes, photos and posts. It is a great group concerned and caring! congratulations Debbie on house - I hope you get an even better offer and move and new house goes well! We have moved a lot and sold a lot of houses, most went well, but a couple didn’t. I dread moves. Crab and donuts are both great (though not together). best wishes to all!

Thanks for daily report! We watched “Windsor” on Netflix last night and it was based on true documents. Very interesting! I think it has been around for a few years, but I had never seen it.

Happy Saturday! I have a sewing machine, but have never been good at sewing. I got it out to make masks at the very beginning of COVID- they were quickly replaced with better ones. Last night we walked in the rain to see “American Idiot” it was very lively with good dancing - a large energetic cast. We noted that the audience was much younger than usual. best wishes to all!

@marshhawkhappy anniversary! Have a great cruise! We go to a play tonight - Green Day’s American Idiot- we have had season tickets for years, but some plays lately aren’t really what we like - but it may be good??
