  1. i totally agree, and have also cruised many times. Wine properly wrapped will survive the flight and all handling . I have never been questioned. I think people make too big a deal about all this " naughty room" non sense.I have also brought some in my carry on as well . As to the OP's dilemma: the daughter is in no way breaking any laws as long as she is not in POSSESSION of said wine. If she packs 2 in a suit case with her name on it, and has 2 in her carry on, the only rule broken is trying to bring too much wine on board, which at that point, will be held until the last night of the cruise. I personally would not go to this extreme, but I'm sure there are those who do.
  2. The difficulty arises when trying to adjust an existing reservation. Their system doesn't like the employees changing certain things easily, thus needed approval from supervisors. I recently called to add beverage packages to a cruise I have booked with no perks (comped cruise ), and wanted my Elite discount. My wife is a diabetic and i requested the zero proof for her , and the premium bev pkg for myself. No doctors note needed, one relatively quick call and it was done. Surprisingly easy
  3. Actually, no note is needed. They will take you at your word. I just booked an Alaskan cruise for July, BCC comped cruise, with no perks, and had no issue ordering a premium package for myself, and zero proof package for my wife( she is a diabetic). No other questions or documentation needed. We did this on the phone precruise to get our Elite discount.
  4. it was on the Equinox last September, but haven't cruised since then. Maybe i shall start a thread on cutbacks!
  5. but then I'd have to walk all the way back to Tuscan, it might melt depending on traffic LOL
  6. premium coffee is a coffee drink with gelato or alcohol. you should be able to get any espresso based coffee in Blu.
  7. ours is working fine, has been all day USING FIREFOX
  8. I've never had an issue finding Business/first class seats using FBC. That said, the list of available flights is constantly changing, so it pays to check often. With delta you can pick your seats online, or call FBC and they will assign the seats for you. Only issue is your seats can change until they are ticketed.
