  1. Thanks. I am how following.

     

    After much checking, I am able to see chat on my smart phone and tablet.  So I have now narrow the problem to my HP desktop. I am running windows 10, I have cleared the history, my desktop is 4 years old. I am thinking it is in the set up. I am going to try your idea to lower the resolution. If you think of anything else let me know.

    I appreciate your assistance.

     

  2. I had great hopes. My paid booking was available for 3 days then cancelled. The booking has now been cancelled and re-instated 6 times since October 11th.  Number 6 was today and it is still wrong. Have been told a supervisor will have to fix. I am told it was a software issue for reservations booked on Oct 11. Stay tune. 

     

    Anyone have any thoughts. 

  3. My last 4 days has been an adventure. We made a reservation and paid for a Feb cruise on Oct 11. The reservation was deleted overnight. Called on Oct 12 reservation was reinstated incorrectly - transfers added, etc. Reservation was corrected and was again deleted over night. On Oct 13 the reservation was correctly reinstated. Printed travel summary was ensured that everything was good to go. Yeah! I thought.  Wrong, the paid reservation was once again deleted. And, yes, I checked my AX card and Princess has my $$$.  Now it is Friday, Oct 14 after over 2 hours on the phone this am and another 2 hours tonight I have been told everything is good. The big BUT IS - the website is having technical issues. I have no way to know if it has been corrected. Stay tune.

  4. Watch your flights is an understatement. Watch! Watch! Watch!

     

    We booked via EZ air. Delta notified us over a month ago of the schedule change. EZ Air/ Princess still does not show the schedule change as of today. The change has a return flight at 7 am  - ship get in at 7 am and we are 2 hours from airport.

     

    I have notify my Princess VP.  Since the air was booked via EZ Air, I am not able to change the return via Delta. She has sent it to EZ Air at least 3 times notifying them of flight change. Their response was "What flight change?" and told her to fill out a form. To save time I gave her the new return flight number that would work for our return. 

     

    We are on the EZ air will get to you "soon" list.  Thank goodness our cruise is in October.

    Guests must have the following:

    • Received their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the beginning of the cruise
    • Proof of vaccination
    • Have proof of a negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) taken within 2 days of their embarkation
    • Be required to wear a face mask in certain areas

  7. Greetings to the Princess Cruise Critic Members,

     

    We are scheduled to cruise on Nov 28, 2021 on the CB. We are on the fence whether to cancel or go? We are exploring our options. Under the Cruise with Confidence we would receive a refund/FCC depending on when we cancel up to 30 days prior to departure.

     

    According to the Princess Vacation Insurance we can cancel for any reason up to departure  and will receive a FCC. Has anyone cancelled using the vacation insurance under the any reason option? Were there any issues on getting the FCC? To you receive a FCC for ports fees, etc or just the cruise fare?

     

    Any advise would be appreciated.
