Many thanks for the all recommendations. I also received some great feedback on Claudia.
I appreciate everyone's help.

The ABC cruise would be my number one pick. All of these ports have great walking areas to visit. I suggest booking private guides in advance. That way you can go at your own pace and see what you like. We enjoy history and learning about the port. Check the port boards for ideas.

Excellent tour - there were 2 couples from the US, one from Scotland. We did both the US and British sites. I would highly recommend seeing both sites. Very educational.

Thanks for the wonderful updates. We are schedule to be on the CB in December for 10 day Panama cruise.

Thanks for the heads up. When you state a hike...is it more than a mile? Or can you estimate walking time. Your help is appreciated.

Dora is booked. So we are looking for another tour guide. Carlos Mora, Sion Tours, has high rating on Trip Advisor. Any information you an share is appreciated.

Thanks. I missed seeing that board. I appreciate your help.

We are on the CB in December. We are in Cartagena for only 6 hours and want to make the most of our time. We are considering a private tour with Carlos Mora, Sion Tours. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.

We are considering Sion Tours in Cartagena for a private tour. Guide is Carlos Mora. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks.

Many thanks. Folks are trying to determine if the beverage package is a good deal based on their drinking habits.

Thanks for the reveiw. Great to hear about the buffet. We enjoy the CB. The staff was great in June. We are booked for a Dec 2018 cruise had concerns about the buffet and the some of the plumbing issues.
Great to hear your cruise was a good one.

We travel light - 2 carry ons. We have sent items to the laudry before we became Elite and continue to do so. No issues. Great service. We have simple formal wear so not sure about the satin and rayon items.

Thanks for all the updates. The ***** can stay in our cabin. Just give us a key card, we are good to go. It is vacation time away from all the technology.

Hi
Interesting posts regarding *****. What is the current status? Does anyone know the schedule for each ship?
Thanks,

Hi Susie-
We meet you March 30 on the Royal. The links are below for the Princess Patters on the Caribbean Princess for the week of June 16 from PEV.

Just returned from a great tour with Bodden. This is the second time we have used them. We requested a tour to the museum and a visit to Monkey World. Vic made arrangements for us to have Jerry as are guide. Jerry was our guide when we visited in Dec 2016. Excellent service and follow up. Will use Vic Bodden Tours the next time we are in Roatan.

They will when there is a new offer. The last offer ended 31 May so we'll have to wait for the next offering. In the past it was been the latter part of the year.
Please post new offerings. We missed the last one. Many thanks.

We have been to the ports in Norway. The fjords are spectacular. We have also been to Reykjvik which is a very nice port. Have not been to the other Icelandic ports. We were on the Sapphire in 2008, it was a nice layout. Can't comment on it's current condition, but believe from reading these boards that lots of work was done after leaving the charter years.
One tip, dress in layers, it can get cool to cold. This is not a sun around the pool itinerary. Also, it basically never gets dark in July, about 22+ hours of daylight.
Thanks for the tip on how to dress. I appreciate your feedback on the layout of the ship.

We've been to and very much enjoyed several of these Norway ports and most of these Iceland ports several times as part of WB TA cruises on Princess. Iceland, especially, offers rugged landscapes and magnificent waterfalls. Also, not far from Akureyri is an very geologically active area, much like what one sees in Yellowstone. Actually, all of Iceland is a geologically active area and they harness all that steam to provide electricity throughout the island.
Thanks for your comments! Did you use any private guides at the ports?

We booked it and thought it was worth the cost. What info on the cruise are you looking for?
How does the Sapphire compare to other Princess ships? We are excited about the ports and most likely book this cruise in the next thirty days.

I will be looking forward to your feedback in June. A trip to Iceland is on my bucket list. It looked like this cruise would work better than a land only package. We cruised Princess to Norway a couple of years ago and very much enjoyed the trip.
We will figure out which cabin after we hear from you and hopefully input from your other 2700 friends.
Thanks.

We are considering the Iceland and Norway cruise on the Sapphire. I welcome any information anyone has on this cruise and facts about the Sapphire. I understand the ship was chartered in Asia for 3 years. Is the cruise worth the cost?
Thanks.

We would appreciate any information on Cristobal.

Depends on the age of your kids. Princess has good activities however the ships do have water slides, moving sky bikes, etc.
