Love coming back to the Zenith lounge. For all long time Celebrity Cruisers, from Elites, to E+, to Zenith: We were there at the beginning. All suite guests (I know you are paying for the privilege one cruise at a time) are still welcome to join long time occupants of Michael's Club and beyond.

I was so embarrassing that one of the butler by the rope off area refused to let me in by not showing my card as a Zenith member. He didn’t even know what is Zenith member but luckily his colleague knew and let me in.

They have specialty restaurants as a complimentary except the CS. There should have no problem with the food.

I always get my laundry back the next day but with the retreat host it always took 2 days.

I recently came back from Reflection in a Sky Suite,I much preferred Ensemble Lounge. I hardly walk into MC on my 10 days cruise and I am a Zenith member. I was the Top cruiser of this sailing. Not all Zeniths like MC.

Zeniths get Unlimited Premium WIFI,Premium Beverage and Unlimited Laundry whatever cabins they booked.

Do you know you get a bottle of wine if you bring to Guess Relation Office ? LOL

Why not thats the best benefit I get from Celebrity. IMHO it all depends how you send them in. Mine come back with 100% satisfactory.

My friend lost his passport and the Spain Embassy issue him the emergency document and its good for staying on the ship but not getting off until the final destination. The ship does accept the Emergency document and they will kept the docment until the final destination. Just go get the Emergency document and go check in and it should have no problem. Anyway they need the document to travel back to UK.

I am glad they changed to Cruise Only fares. I found out the food is far more superior than Luminae from the Non-Edge class ship.

That is very true the drinks ordered is not included for Sky suite but the picture nd the statements shown is legitimate.

I saw the price to move up to Edge villa on my sailing is very reasonable. May I know what come with it from a Cruise only fare from Concierge Class.

I always pay the gratuity on move up because I only book Cruise Only fare.

Glad you have the head butler shown up and introduced herself.Mine didn’t show up until the last day and met him at the hallway.

I always afraid my luggage to be picked up by the wrong person. To avoid that I always make sure I get to the luggages area first and also I always put two tags in one luggage. I just got off Reflection and found out one of the tags is missing.

There is a Head Butler supposed to take care of a few suite cabins. To me he is invisible except the last day that is today.
