I'm still waiting for my email with account 3 days after cruise

Still no email, 3 days after end of cruise and not in junk. Wonder if it is because we didn't have bill at end of cruise as was covered by OBC.

The machine near customer service didn't work. I am still surprised they do not provide any final statement, even in email form.

Got off Royal 2 days ago and did not get a final folio. I think pre Covid it used to be delivered to stateroom on last night, and I seem to remember someone saying now it would come in email form at end of cruise. I took lots of screenshots of course at the time but expected something official from Princess, even though we left with nothing owing. There is a hold of $100 on my credit card which I assume will come off in a couple of days (bank dependant) but surprised not to have anything official. What is the drill now with final statement?

Yes,only on for 2 nights so a bit annoying to sit in theatre for half an hour extra to be told it was off

And not only was my flight delayed 2 his getting here, but we can't even get a train out of airport due to track flooding. Wahhh!

So what time will disembarkation be now? Wondering when boarding will start

I put a lot of research into this for our Royal cruise next week where we get off in Brisbane. There is no public transport and I wanted to go to CBD with a flight out later that afternoon. So I booked princess transfer (telling them I had an earlier flight) which will take us to airport early in morning where we can store luggage and catch airtrain to city and back later for flight. Sounds convoluted but I figured it was better than queuing for a taxi and it dealt with problem of what to do with luggage for a day in Brisbane.

The pics I have seen of the speciality desserts look a bit much - are you able to substitute anything else for them? I seem to recall someone mentioned gelato- is this true of all ships and where is the gelato bar (Royal specifically).

I am pretty sure Alfredos is open for lunch embarkation day - from what time? and is Ocean Terrace also open? We have Plus and thought we might try one out.

I know this must have been answered but how do you order drinks for two of you and not have them charged to just one account? If you are at a bar do you hand over both medallions? I often send my husband up to get drinks for both of us while I am elsewhere. And if ordering via app and you order 2 will both be charged to your account and not split between you and partner? I don't think we will get near limit but don't want the hassle of having them all end up on just one account.,

Do you have to take both medallions to the bar to ensure you get it credited to both tabs?

How do you get the bartenders to distribute the drinks properly so they don't all end up on one account? Or is the allowance basically doubled for two people on one account in one cabin ie 30 drinks allowed per cabin rather than 15 on sep tabs?

Does the app tell you how many drinks you have used of your Plus package?

Wondering what new stuff will appear on app once board on cruise? I gather there is the facility to find party members (I can't find it now, pre-cruise) - is that so and what else is there to look forward to?
