  1. The same happened to me. I never got a confirmation email - didn't know I should and was actually told I wouldn't. PCC told me I would get the FCC after the sailing. I never did, and after arguing my case as high as possible they said it was my fault and I should have known to insist on the confirmation email.
  2. No, I even asked the phone agent about this but was told I would not. I was told the FCC would be placed in my account after sailing. Customer Service nor higher-ups had any interest in looking into what I was told by this phone agent nor my normal PCC.
  3. I went through the NCL process and was told I would receive a price drop FCC after the sailing was completed. It never showed up in my account and my PCC kept saying he could see the FCC request in their system. Wrote an email to CS who said they didn't see the request, went up to Katty's email as a last resort and got the same reply. Phone records evidently don't count, I was supposed to know I should have been sent a FCC confirmation email even though their phone agent said I wouldn't. Booking my next sailing elsewhere....
  4. Saild Epic Haven in Med early December. There was a very noticeable shortage/lack of bar servers in the Haven lounge, grill and pool areas. More details are in my Cruise Critic review linked in my signature.
  5. I had a price drop one month before sailing, called in to NCL and was told I would get the difference as FCC after the sailing was completed. Waited a month after sailing and no FCC. Now NCL resolutions are saying I never requested it but my PCC can see the request in the system.
  6. I booked direct with NCL and called in, my PCC was unavailable at thetime, to get the FCC. It took about ten minutes waiting for the request to be entered and the NCL agent said the FCC would go to my account at the end of our cruise. I see nothing in my account. My PCC said he can see the request but not the FCC. Resolutions said they don't even see the request. Now nobody is responding.
  7. I sailed the same time as OP and also called NCL about the price drop. I was told NCL would provide a FCC after the sailing was completed but almost a month later it has not shown up in my account. I keep getting different answers about what is going on, my PCC says he can see the request and it needs "processing". He suggested I put in a request to customer service resolutions but they said I never even made the FCC request. Now I can't get anyone to respond. Anyone have a suggestion on how to get a response/resolution from NCL?
  8. It was fully open November 26th to December 7th.
  9. Yes, I've been in Epic Haven twice. Just wanted to outline that the walk from the very forward Haven cabins back (aft is a direction) to the Haven Lounge and Dining room can get old. Plus if you walk the way they prefer, past the concierge desk, you have to press a button to unlock the door then walk past the public elevators and then swipe your Haven card to re-enter the lounge/restaurant. They discourage entering through the outdoor grill's doors to the Haven restaurant. For some reason they also placed a sign on the starboard side hallway entrance to the lounge that says "Crew access only" but many guests learn to use that as it is much easier.
  10. We've been told by staff on ship that there will be roughly 1800 on the TA but 4300 from NYC to PR.
  11. We had the choice of the forward facing cabins and while a unique view we decided against it. Walking from the very front of the Haven to the very aft for the lounge and restaurant was unappealing especially since we have one slow walker. Also the only public restroom near the concierge desk is not very nice. I prefer port side on sixteen near the courtyard since you can walk down the hallway and get into the lounge more quickly through a side door.
  12. We've done B2B on Divina, Seaside an Meraviglia. Our process has varied a little depending on port, whether in Yacht Club and if you are changing cabins or not. If it's a US turnover port you will have to get off the ship and go through immigration/passport control at some point. If not changing cabins there is no need to bring anything except passport, unless you are on a repositioning where the ship may take some time to clear and you could spend hours in the terminal waiting to get back on the ship. When changing cabins the butler or stewards will move your packed suitcases, we take any valuables with us. On Meraviglia we met at the Carousel Lounge until all other passengers were off. Yacht Club passengers usually wait in the Top Sail Lounge until called to join the regular group. You use your old card to get off the ship and new card to get back on (not sure if card changes if you booked as one cruise). The process will depend on the port and mood of immigration officers. It has ranged from the line of us walking past an officer in the terminal and showing our passport to just being counted as a group as we stood beside the ship. B2B are the first to be let back on the ship after it's cleared.
  13. It's been a while since I sailed NCL, what time does the Haven restaurant typically stop full lunch service on embarkation day? I seem to remember some food options still available when embarking around 3pm - grill area? Not sure if it matters, will be sailing Epic from Rome departing at 5pm.
