  1. Since you mentioned this is a Casino booking you will want to work with the Casino dept. if you don’t get help from the rep who answers ask them to let you speak to a supervisor.
  2. I just checked the cruise Personalizer for my upcoming cruises and the bucket of beer option is no longer listed.
  3. @tutumomickeyIf you purchased the card with your credit card if all else fails open a credit card dispute for the $500 gift card you haven’t been able to get to work properly.
  4. Correct, Princess gives you the option to upgrade your fare to the higher fare type prior to sailing. Once you sail your fare is paid in full and you cannot upgrade your fare category onboard using OBC.
  5. It looks like this is may be the link to the group arranging your cruise. If so, you should contact them for information regarding what dining arrangements if any have been planned. https://www.cruiseofirishstars.com/ if not your group, then it’s best to contact whoever is handling your groups arrangements as they are in the best position to answer your question.
  6. The pool area is still available at no cost. It’s the area with the lounge chairs that has a cost.
  7. @Rick&Jeannieor @PrincessLuver I haven’t played bingo on the ships since 2020 so interested in learning about the tablets, Do you use your own or is this something you rent/purchase from Princess when you purchase your Bingo tickets? looks like Oskidunker posted the answer to my question as I was positing my question 😄
  8. Yes, there is a charge for the Sanctuary. For those ships that have a conservatory ( covered pool area) there is no charge for that area.
  9. It’s connected to the casino so I would try there first. It’s $20 per day to purchase an entry.
  10. Princess flowers that we have purchased have all been fresh and lasted 7-10 days. Prices range from about $7 for a single rose to $59 for a rose bouquet plus they offer a mixed Princess Choice bouquet and a tropical bouquet which each are under $60. as mentioned pre-pandemic you could order in advance, now you visit Passenger Services. I am hopeful the Pre-orders will be returning soon. I have an upcoming cruise on Diamond Princess and I was able to pre-order flowers through the TA’s booking software. Will be interested to see if the flowers arrive as ordered or if I still need to visit Passenger Services.
  11. With flexible EZAir you can change flights or refare flights if the price drops up until 45 days before departure & you get same day late arrival protection ( if your flight is delayed or cancelled they will help you get to your cruise).
  12. Typically if you tell them you have a TA they will stop calling you.
  13. You can go to the baggage claim area earlier and look for the reps. If you arrive before the shuttle starts running they will let you know when the first one is and will let you know where to wait or meet. It’s about 90 minutes to the terminal depending on traffic. Earliest shuttle likely would be around 10:00 am.
  14. As others mentioned there is a European outlet behind the beds that the lamps plug into. If you don’t want to use that one ( or don’t have an adapter) you can get an extension cord from the cabin steward and they will run the cord from the desk outlet to your bed.
  15. Do not plan to arrive at airport any later than 1:30 pm. If you arrive at the airport around 11:00 am that should work very well.

It might be worth checking yours to see if any protection was automatically included by your credit card company.
