We have a return flight  Air France from Venice to JFK in August. The layover is 2 hours at CDG. With the current chaos at airports is that enough time ?

Does anyone know what included champagne is currently offered on Uniworld.  Also any favorite  cocktails you would recommend.

I just paid the balance of my july cruise Milan and the gems of northern Italy and they also charged me twice I immediatley called uniworld and amex and the problem was corrected in 3 days. So strange that this happened to you also, very upsetting I couldn't relax until I saw the refund. Hope this gets fixed I called everyday until saw I the credit.

The prices are very good for going in 2021, just curious did any of  you book your air through Uniworld ?

Is it possible to get cocktails at the seating area outside Seabourn Square ? I noticed they have comfortable couches out there and was curious if you could have cocktails or it is only coffee drinks ?

Is it possible to get drinks at the small pools on deck 5? Do staff come by frequently or do you have to go to pool bar to get service?

Thanks for this information. I have taken two cruises with Silversea but I booked both of those much closer to  departure so I had my flights soon after booking. My airport is JFK , I know Delta is the only carrier that flies nonstop to Venice from JFK but I don't think Silversea uses them, I guess I just have to wait for the schedules to be released.

Is the deviation fee charged for arriving or departing earlier or later and for requesting certain flights ? Also I  have a deposit on an August 2020 departure which includes business class flights, when can I request my preferred flights? Do I need to pay in full to request my preferred flights ?

I am considering a Seabourn cruise next summer, I have previously traveled on Silversea.  A previous commenter mentioned loud piped in music in one of the restaurants. Any piped in music anywhere would be a deal breaker for me, live music is fine but piped in intrusive music no way. Any recent experiences would be helpful.

Yes it seems unlikely we will be able to sail in July just waiting to see what Uniworld has to say. 

Awful...the video is frightening hope no one is seriously injured.  We are booked in July on the River Countess.

Yes keeping my fingers crossed all goes smoothly...glad you were able to avoid the dreaded single supplement.

Usually I like a cushion day but this time it wasn't possible with my schedule so hopefully all goes well.

The business class was a promotion Uniworld offered for select dates you could take free economy air or business class for an additional fee.
