Hyatt Place Downtown...All the hotels near the port want crazy prices....

You Right..Of Course...For me It started with Carnival when the Vista came out..and people started talking about the Havana Area. Royal with Sky and Star...People started to think like the Old days with the First, Second, Third classes I wish we could all go back to the days of the inside and Porthole....all together in just one big ship.....but the Cruise lines Changed...and with some people the class system is back...

Talked to my TA yesterday (Big Box TA)..Told her the Situation, and ask her to call Celebrity.. Fast Forward to today and i called Celebrity..and they said that since i purchased it for my cruise before the cut off date...That it will be honored when i board....But We will See!!

Actually from a Security/LEO background...I was sort of Impressed with Puerto Plata... at least the central part( Cathedral.shops,) Saw a lot of Armed Police and had the chance to speak to a couple of them..The Fort area also has Police and Unarmed Military inside....
