Curious how many are part of this gay group on the Post Thanksgiving Cruise 2024. Love to hear from you. 

Hi all. Will be on a cruise with my extended family. They are great and we're going to have a wonderful time, but it's always fun to find other LGBTQIA+ cruisers too! Let me know if you'll be on the ship. Thanks.

I just checked our 7 day cruise for Nov, 2024 on Apex and it is only $6.99/person/day to upgrade. I have no idea why it would be so cheap, but I'm on it! Any ideas? We are Elite, but it wouldn't normally discount it this much.

How was it last night? Sorry we couldn't make it. We ended up going out Thursday night at Jade and watching two twins sing and play guitar. It was fun. I needed a one night break before going all out for the next 4. lol

We love Celebrity. We were just on the Solstice for Christmas, while she’s not the newest and most updated the crew was amazing and she was spotless. Love the size of the ship. Big enough to have amenities but not too big to get lost. 

I agree. We just did Reflection in Feb, and we felt the same way. Looking forward to it!

Make sure you get double points if you're booking Europe soon!

Any updates on this topic? We embark this coming weekend. I usually look for a quieter place for lunch and would always do Bistro on 5 as well. Anybody know what's open as alternatives to buffet and Mast? Thanks!

I'd say hands down Celebrity, all day long. Didn't care for my experience on NCL. Service on Celebrity is leaps and bounds better than what we experienced n NCL. We may never do another NCL cruise again, but never say never.

The customer service can't be beat, starting with ample communications. You'll find out the party themes four months before you set sail. With Atlantis, people are usually complaining that they haven't gotten themes two weeks before embark, which makes it hard to plan. And the atmosphere on board Vacaya is even more "do your own thing" than Atlantis. Big well-publicized nude deck, gatherings set for all types of LGBT+ people, inclusivity everywhere, it's really wonderful.

 

We're on the Atlantis Med cruise next month from Rome and looking forward to that, too, don't get me wrong. I love Atlantis, but Vacaya is even better.

It's all coming to fruition now! You are right, they've been great in communicating everything to us. I can't believe we're only a few weeks away now. In fact, 3 weeks from today is the party at the Marriott. Not sure we'll go to that though. Pride weekend in Wilton Manors may be more exciting for us. lol

Sorry if this was already discussed, but Carnival's website is showing the piano bar cost additional $$ now. Is this correct? Seems odd to me to charge for a bar.

I highly recommend one of the Savage Lovecast episodes recently release. I don't think I can post links though. Search for the podcast, then look for the episode called "Dr Carlton Thomas on Monkeypox". Very enlightening. Everybody should hear this.
