Site down for at least 4 days (off and on). Very frustrating. I’d lose my job if our environment was down that long!

I don’t have a big interest in it yet. Maybe, as more info is released, it will grow on me. I think I like the traditional lines and all that goes with it. Even the beds on this new ship looked strange. Lol

We’ve experienced that too at times, but Celebrity is still by far our favorite, especially Solstice class. You could always just start drinking earlier, that way you’re ready for bed by midnight too!

I found reservations are definitely recommended. We usually had to wait, but would just grab a drink somewhere and enjoy. Make your reservations online ASAP. 7:30 is a very popular time to diner and will fill up early. 

Does anybody know how this will affect cabins (noise) on deck 7? I was looking at 2 rooms that show they are right next to SkyZone. Is SkyZone accessible from 7? It seems to be on deck 8 too. Really don't want screaming, running kids outside my room all day. ha

No, not at all.

I hate room service and I don't like people who order room service. I don't like the smug waiters, and I don't like the service carts in the halls. I hate the smell of breakfast and would love to go on a cruise where bacon and eggs weren't constantly paraded outside of my stateroom.

How do you get cabin availability? I'd like to check our sailing on Jan 9.

How about the Starbucks iPhone app? I always have a balance on it and get my points when I use it. If they take gift cards, I'm assuming my phone will work as well. Thank you.

For us, adding the beverage package meant losing the BOGO offer so you were paying much more overall. We couldn't find promotions that were offering BOGO with a free beverage package for OV balcony rooms on Oasis.

Anybody else joining us? I couldn't find another thread for this particular cruise so thought I'd start one. Might be fun to see if others are joining and where everybody is from. Thanks.

We love Celebrity also. It has become our favorite line for sure. I just wish they'd post the FOD meetups in the daily paper again. The FOD gatherings were non-existent on our last cruise. When they used to post in the paper, we always had a nice group.

Have been contemplating Oasis of the Seas next January, but really would like to get a beverage package. Doesn't seem likely since it's only a Caribbean cruise, but never know. If the price would just come down, then we'd probably book anyway and add the beverage package later. Works for me! We also got spoiled by the beverage package on Celebrity Reflection earlier this year. Might have to go back to Celebrity if we don't get a deal on Oasis.
