I am currently booked on the 5/30/23 Wine cruise in an oceanview cabin. You are correct that you have to go through the booking process to see the discount. The word promo appears in small letters next to the oceanview category. Called my TA and I am staying in the same cabin for $1550 less. Thanks for the info.

I am considering a cruise next year departing from Barcelona, Spain. Any hotel recommendations that are convenient to the cruiseport, restaurants and are in safe neighborhoods. Thanks for any input

We were on the 11/13 sailing of the Beyond with traditional dining at 8:30. Being a follower of these boards I knew that there was no longer traditional dining on the Beyond. Because of our reservation being traditional dining we were unable to make any reservations. Calling Celebrity was no help since they insisted that we had an 8:30 dining time at a table for six. Once we were on board there were no reservations available. The first night we were given a beeper and had to wait 30 minutes. The second night it was pretty much the same. Once seated it was pretty chaotic. There was no continuity with the wait staff. Different waiters were came at different times of the meal. The following day I was able to speak to a senior dining staff person and he gave us a reservation for the rest of the cruise. Everything was a lot better after that. Hopefully the Beyond will be able to sort some of these problems out as time goes by

I am on the Beyond now and there is only anytime dining. There was a card in the cabin welcoming me to the Normandie and advising what the busy times were and also that we could go to any restaurant. We went to the Normandie at 8:15 and had to wait 20 minutes for a table

I do believe what the posters are saying who are on board experiencing the current dining situation. I am on the 11/13/22 sailing. My reservation originally stated that I had "traditional" dining at 8:30. At that time I called Celebrity and the rep told me that I was at a table for 6. A few days ago the reservation changed to "Select Dining" with a seating time of 8:30. I called Celebrity again and was told that I had an 8:30 reservation at a table for 8. I pushed back a little with her but she insisted that she had accurate information. This is not going to ruin my cruise but I do believe that Celebrity needs to do a better job communicating the dining policy.

Did you feel safe traveling around Barcelona. Where did you stay? Going to be taking a cruise out of Barcelona next May

I am booked next year on my first Azamara cruise. My impression from reading and watching videos on youtube is that the ship is never crowded. No reservations in the dining room but no waiting either. Realistically, what can I expect with regards to waiting for a table in the dining room, getting a seat in the show lounge or access to a bar.
