Following along. I really enjoyed your previous Live Reoprt!!!

Linda,
I was so lucky to find your latest blog a few days ago! I enjoyed your previous blog on Rhapsody last year.
You have a wonderful sense of adventure and a real talent to be able to share it with all of us. I may never be able to visit these places, but I have so enjoyed the experiences through your blogs. Many thanks!
Now I am going to have to locate your Freedom blog to find out about the surprise!
Take care. Will be looking forward to your next adventure.

Boy, that was fun! I can't wait till your next adventure.
We have never been to Alaska on a cruise. I have been to the airport in Anchorage on the way to Okinwawa (but, I won't count that).
Many thanks for review, I enjoyed it immensely!

Many thanks for your thorough review! I have enjoyed all of the photos of the beaches, food and drinks. Everyday was a delight and thanks for sharing!

Safe travels home!

Very happy for you! Enjoy your birthday cruise.

Great job! Just saw you during the sail away!

I think I may vote for the South Friars Beach and Carambola Beach Club!
From your pics it looks like a very nice place. Almost went there our last time in St. Kitts. However, a trip to Nevis by sailboat was on our Bucket List.
All of your beach trips look great and I am keeping a record for upcoming trips. I think our favorite beaches on our trips (so far) have been Aruba (no hot sand) and Trunk Bay in St. John's.
Still haven't done a B2B yet. Another item on the Bucket List! You have provided excellent information.

Can't help but smile, and laughing out loud, while reading your posts.
Thanks for sharing your cruise with us.

Enjoyed your review very much! I can sympathize with your husband, as I seem to catch a cold/flu on almost every cruise, no matter how careful I am.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. Would love to do this exact itinerary one day!

Hope the ship wasn't hit by a rogue wave! No, I'm sure she is just enjoying her cruise (wine).
-
We have sailed both ships and enjoyed both of them. Agree, a huge price difference would be the deciding factor for me.

We usually pre-order breakfast (door hanger) every day. It is especially nice to enjoy it on the balcony. Even if we are getting breakfast elsewhere, we order coffee and fruit plates or pastries. We call it our 1st breakfast! It totally spoils you!
We also make sure to have dollar bills for tips. We usually have very good service.

Looking forward to week 2!
Enjoyed seeing two islands we haven't been to before (Grenada and St. Croix).
Thanks for taking the time to do this.

Hey Maureen, enjoying all of your posts and photos!
Have you used Room Service? Do they charge for this?
Please go back to having fun!
Thanks.

Beautiful photos of the Miami skyline!

Your aft balcony looks great. Have never tried that before - everyone seems to like them.
Happy Sailing!

Looks like a beautiful day for your Sail Away.
Bon Voyage!

Yea! I will be following along. Hope you made your flight to Miami!
Safe travels.
Loved all of the kitty pics!

I don't know what they plan to do with it on Adventure, but they butchered it on Legend. They put Izumi up front and to port, overlooking the pool deck. Chops took over the aft area. All that was left for the Viking Crown was a small sitting area to the starboard and room for the bar/dance floor in the center.
The newest classes (Oasis, Quantum) don't even have a Viking Crown. I'm not surprised. It is a single-use space and multi-purpose spaces (like 270 Degrees) make more sense on ships where square footage will always be limited.
Agree, Legend's Viking Crown was greatly diminished (or maybe it was the Vision). We would sit in the part that was left and look at the empty Izumi every night. Such a shame.
It has been raining here for almost two weeks, nice to see your lovely pictures!

Glad you are liking it. I hate to say it, but the Viking Crown was pretty empty most times I went by there, even during "happy hour". I can see why Royal has slowly been re-purposing that part of the ships.
Noooooo! Viking Crown is our favorite place to enjoy the ocean views and enjoy a drink. I hope they don't do that on Voyager and Freedom class. On the cruises we have been on, they are usually well utilized. Of course, each cruise is different.
Enjoying your review! Many thanks.

Thanks for sharing this article on Super Mario. We have seen him on a few of our cruises. So happy for him - seems like a great fit on RCCL.

Loving your photos and review. It has been several years since we have sailed out of San Juan on Adventure. Thanks, brings back great memories!

What an amazing adventure!!! Thanks for sharing.
