The cruises for this offer in 2023 were on the Mexican Riviera. I haven’t seen any from Bayonne. Just Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa.

Call and ask them to check if you are eligible. I got the email offer, my DH did not. We called the Blue Chip Club with his Captains Club no. They checked and he was eligible. So we each got a room and asked another couple to join us. On the Beyond.

I had this offer and was able to book the Beyond. Look at page 13 on this thread post #320. There are lots more cruises that are being offered. All I did was ask when I called.

I am an elite CC level and am cruising with my sister-in-law with no status. Will she have the elite benefits like I do? Will she be able to enter the breakfast at Tuscan? What about the captain’s cocktail hour from 5-7?

So I got the offer for the Caribbean cruise on Wednesday. The choices of cruises on the email I received didn’t thrill me, but the post on page 13 #320 had a more extensive list. There were cruises on the Apex and Beyond that were not on my list of choices. When I called Blue Chip, I asked if the Beyond on Dec 4 was available, and it was ! So if you get the offer and can’t find a cruise you like, check out that post.

Just had my first 99 in Ireland last month. It was fab!

Please let us know how everything was on your cruise. We are usually Celebrity cruisers, have not been on the E class. However, the Infinity was their only ship to do a Spain intensive, and we decided to do Azamara instead. We also booked in a Club Continental. Looking forward to your comments post cruise!

We just returned from Ireland last month, not a cruise. T Mobile worked perfectly. 5g mostly. Automatically connected to the network. Did not have to call or sign up in advance on their website. No charges.

Don’t automatically eliminate Blarney Castle. We didn’t bother to kiss the stone, but the grounds of the castle are spectacular. They have a lovely large gift shop as well. We enjoyed our time there, even if we didn’t bother with the climb. We did a tour from Cobh that went to the castle and on to Kinsale. It was a lovely day. I believe it was Paddy Wagon tours, but it was in 2016 and I could be wrong. 😜

Enjoyed reading about your trip. We just booked Quest for Oct 2023 Spain Intensive. Hopefully by then, the staff issues will be worked out, but we will be newbies, so maybe we wouldn’t notice! How was the condition of the ship? One of the reasons we chose Azamara Quest over Celebrity Infinity was the Infinity had been scheduled for a renovation that did not occur. We’ve read mixed reviews about it’s conditions. I check this forum daily for info. It’s going to be a long time between now and a year from October!

We just made reservations yesterday for an October 2023 Spanish Intensive cruise on the Quest. So browsing through the shore excursions, it has our Azamazing Evening listed! Hemisperic and it’s Surroundings. In Valencia. It sounds great and similar to Cirque de Soleil maybe. Has anyone been to this event? We are very excited about trying Azamara. The decision was between Celebrity Infinity and Quest. Elite level on Celebrity, but all of the positive comments here moved the needle to Quest.

We just booked our first Azamara cruise for Oct. 2023. Very excited. Last year, I booked flights through Choice Air for a Celebrity cruise that was cancelled. Since it was through Choice Air and before final payment, I had not paid for my flights before the cancellation which was lucky. Looking at their website for this Azamara cruise, (too early to make flight reservations, but just playing around), it doesn’t say anything about air fare not due until final cruise. payment. Is this still the case, or do you pay when you make the flight reservations?

Yes, I’m looking forward to hearing how the rooms are, in terms of new soft goods (carpet, bedding, draperies.). Am considering an Oct. 23 sailing in Europe, but would like to see at least some updates to the rooms before committing.

That cake looks amazing! How fun to be on the first cruise back. It looks like new carpeting at least in the suite. Can’t wait to hear about everything!

Please let us know what sort of shape she is in. I’m ready to book for Spain 2023 after our 2022 cruise was cancelled by Celebrity. Can’t wait to hear all about your trip.

Thank you so much for the update. We were supposed to be on her this October for a Spain/Portugal sailing that was cancelled. We are considering booking for next October but am waiting to hear if she got at least some soft wear updates. Your post is putting my mind at ease. I hope you are getting an opportunity to see your daughter perform on the ship!

We were booked on Infinity for a Spain/Portugal Oct. 2022 cruise when X moved Infinity to the Caribbean and cancelled all the 2022 European sailings. 🤬 They are sailing the same itinerary in Oct. 2023 but we are hesitant to book it in fear of it happening again. There are rumors that X is trying to sell Infinity. Anyway, I’m curious to learn about the condition of the ship as well. No other line is doing a comparable itinerary for Spain or we would be considering that.
