  1. On this week’s cruise, the app did not have all of the entertainment loaded at embarkation time. I did not check the touch screen kiosks. However, it is much much much easier to get an entertainment menu to see everything happening for the week, check boxes, and have the agent poke it in the system. If you rely on the app, you would be going from show to show to figure out what is when. We used the app to book dinners around the shows. We still had to talk with someone to fox a dinner that was conflicting with a show.
  2. I think that Deck 8 atrium is a good use of space. You would never put two bars next to each other in the atrium. The Bird actually purchased some bling at the Pandora shop.
  3. You can order coffee made from beans with a Starbucks brand made by your waiter.
  4. Today, in aBermuda, the AC was on full blast. Chilly in a few places. I would think that they are cooling outside air versus recycling as part of their continued efforts to minimize the spread of cocos onboard.
  5. Farewell to Bermuda. Norwegian Prima’s maiden call to this beautiful archipelago.
  6. The Hudson’s Main Dining Room features floor to ceiling aft-facing windows with amazing views.
  7. Primrose Atrium. 3 stories tall. There is a walkway on Deck 6 for live music and dancing. This can only be seen from Deck 6, no big shows like other NCL big ships. Deck 6
  8. Onda, first making an appearance on the. Norwegian Encore,, is a premiere restaurant on the Prima Digital Menus
  9. The Local Bar and Grill has taken on a different role with a small dining room and a lounge area with cocktail tables (that people try to eat at). Separate bar lounge - losing the English Pub decor. The only game at The Local
  10. Entertainment reservations can be made on at Syd Norman’s, Deck 7 Mid-ship. Once booked, head across the hall to the Improv to make/fox dining reservations.
  11. Cagney’s Steakhouse is the place for steak. Similar to Le Bistro, not our favorite interior design, colors, or carpet patterns - all clashing terribly. Digital Menu
  12. Elegant French Dining can be found in Le Bistro. Gents, don’t for get that this is one of the new places with a dress code and long pants (dockers or jeans are fine) are required. The Birds are not a fan of the chandeliers sitting on the ground. And the brass-framed dividers also make things look tacky. NCL started a trend at Onda on the Encore where they replaced carpet with cheap vinyl laminate flooring. The did the same in Le Bistro on the Prima. 100% understand that it is easier to clean and never has to be replaced, but the lack of carpets causes noise to bounce around and the restaurant gets very loud. And while they tried to put windows in, they look into lifeboats,,, make you feel like being in an obstructed view Ocean View room. The physical restaurant was very disappointing. Digital Menu
  13. Want some delicious Asian Fusion small plates? Food Republic is the place to be. One of the more popular restaurants on the Breakaway Plus ships, NCL has put in a super sized dining room on the Prima.
  14. NLC’s newest restaurant, debuting on the Prima is Palomar. It is the “Ocean Blue” of the Prima as a Mediterranean Seafood Restaurant. Digital Menu
