  1. I have Celiac too. In Puerto Vallarta we ate at La Palapa, it's on the Malecon boardwalk. In Cabo we ate at Restaurant Mi Casa, but there are several other restaurant options in Cabo on the Find Me Gluten Free app. I don't think I ate in Mazatlan but it looks like the app has a few options there too. Maybe bring a Spanish translation card if you're nervous about it.
  2. It’s really not a thing you “use”, it’s just a station near the buffet where the hostess will show you a tablet. Same with the dining room, the servers will bring the tablet over for you to see your options (generally in the MDR you’ll order the night before for the next day’s meals). The tablet lets them select different allergies or preferences to filter everything. I wish it was available as a part of the Hub app or something, it would be nice to be able to see things yourself. As others have said, I’ve found it kind of hit or miss whether someone is at the station but you can always tell someone you need help with food allergies and they should send someone over. Basic allergens like gluten, dairy, etc are labeled on the buffet during lunch (for some reason breakfast isn’t labeled with allergens, and I don’t usually eat there for dinner so I’m not sure they’re labeled then), but if you have wider restrictions you will definitely need to talk to someone at the station. I’ll warn you that the person at the station isn’t necessarily super knowledgeable, they’re usually just using the filter and won’t be able to give you any specific info.
  3. So your original screenshot showed $100 per person and this screenshot shows that one single guest traveling alone would still have to pay $200. It’s not a single guest rate, it’s $100 per person aka $200 for two, and you’re still going to end up paying for double occupancy, hence why it says Guest 1 is $200. However, you do only pay taxes and fees for the one person actually traveling.
  4. Honestly even if you’re a picky eater I would try at least one bite of everything they put in front of you. You will probably be surprised how much you like gourmet food that’s been well prepared. And if you try something but it isn’t your favorite, they don’t care if you clean your plate, you can just leave it uneaten. I’ve done Chef’s Table like 12 times now, my opinion is if you leave that dinner feeling like you need to go get a pizza, then you’re doing the Chef’s Table wrong. Be open minded, try EVERYTHING, and I guarantee you will be stuffed by the end of it. Also, re: your concerns about salmon - There is generally a fish course but from my experience it’s always a white fish like sea bass. One of the menus I had recently did have a tiny piece of salmon (literally about the size of your finger) as a “side” for one of the dishes, but it was easily avoided if you don’t like salmon. I’ve never had salmon as the main dish for any course at Chef’s Table.
