Trying to contact guest relations is like trying to stop the wind.
I have always believed that NCL customer service is not the best, that said, I got a good email through their social media Facebook page. In the past i have had a few problems and write to that email and they forward it to the right department and i have always gotten a response. You must be patient though sometimes takes them up to 3 days to respond.
Good Luck
Thankyou!😊

Thanks so much! I'll try it

Any replies?

Nothing yet. I have an email in to the CEO. Not impressed with their customer service at all

Was your problem via e-mail or telephone?
If it was e-mail, try calling the Miami office and going from there.
It was actually both. I started with email then a phone call and then back to email. So frustrating.

I would advise googling some names of executives at NCL and finding the email format of their email addresses such as first name.lastname@ncl.com or whatever it may be and emailing them directly. You may receive a quicker and better response that way.

Hi guys need your help. I've had some trouble with post cruise guest relations for NCL. Does anyone know who I can contact that is above guest relations?
Thanks in advance!

I would take the ferry to Hamilton.
Cross the street from the ferry terminal, Head up Queen St., go into Queen Elizabeth park ( on the left behind Perot Post Office )
After that keep walking up the hill to Church St. Turn right, walk past the Bus terminal.
Go to the big church @ the top of the hill. Go IN. find the little door that goes to the 155 stone steeped spiral staircase to the top of the tower.
Check out the best view Hamilton and your ship.
Donations are welcome box is downstairs on the way out. :)
Take the Bus to St.George and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda on the way.
( maybe a Quick stop by the Original Swizzle Inn for a pitcher of swizzle on the way by. )
Ferry back to Dockyard from St. George @ the end of the day. :D:D
J.M.H.O.
Thanks! I'm printing that out 😊

It hadn't even crossed my mind to try both in the same day. That could be fun. I think it's been about a decade since I went last so I have forgotten the two. I think back then we actually docked in Hamilton?

3 more days and we'll be on the Dawn! Here's my question, my original plan for Tuesday was Hamilton but I'm hearing more and more about St. George should I be trying to get to St. George instead? What is there to see and do in each area?
Thanks!

Hi Kim!
Thank you for this great review. I am doing this cruise the last week of August. I am a little disappointed to hear how bad a shape the Dawn is in, but I too will not let it ruin my party! LOL
I am very excited to see Bermuda, someplace I have always wanted to go to.
Thanks again
BTW your pictures are amazing! My pictures NEVER look like that!
Sue
We're going the last week of August too. Looking forward to it.

Ummm.... everything you need for the week?[/QUOT
In a carryon? Lol wouldn't fit.
-
Thanks everyone for the great advice! I'm making a list!😊
-
I'm hoping some veterans out there can give me some recommendations on what to pack in the carry on luggage. I was thinking any medications and valuables but anything else??
Thanks! 32 days and counting!!

Usually if a lunch is included, it is stated in tour descriptions. If none,You can assume there is no lunch with this tour. No- "meal" symbol either?
No meal symbol. I'm fine with it not being included in the price just hoping it will stop to get a quick bite since it's a 5 hour tour.
-
Does the description mention a lunch? If it does, you can't expect more than a "Denny's " standard. :) You can ask when you get on board. The shore excursion desk staff, should be able to give you more information.
😂😂No it didn't mention any lunch. I'm hoping they stop at Swizzle Inn or another island favorite but who knows. I'll ask on board as well.
-
Couldn't you have chosen a different perk that would have been more profitable for you like dining or drink?
I actually have all four of the perks 😊
-
Don't do any tours or excursions through the cruise line. Purchase it on your own for 1/2 to 1/3 of the price.
I actually have a $75 excursion credit so it will end up being cheaper through the cruiseline.
-
Which tour? Where?
Oops sorry forgot to put that in. It's the Dawn going to Bermuda.
-
Does anyone know if the mini bus tour booked through the cruise line stops for lunch? I noticed it 9:30-2:30 but wasn't sure if and where it would stop to eat. Also do you know who does the tour or does it vary?
-
Hi,
We just booked a tour with Dennis Hollis. He got back to us right away and confirmed our time.
Has anyone toured with him?
Should we have a plan or will he advise us? Would love to know more about him.
Duke Soaeres(sp?) was booked and I still haven't heard back from Collin Jennings and it's been about 10 days. So I booked with the first response.
So excited :)
TIA
Can you let me know how the tour with Dennis was and where are good places to stop?
Thanks!

Very good point...I also had assumed the OP didn't have the UBP because she was going to be making them in her suite...
I'm sure I'll be doing both. : )
-
there is also a martini special on one of the days...6 different samples for $15...They are good sized glasses, it was the cheapest night drinking on our last cruise...
Sounds good. I did see a martini tasting somewhere. I have the UBP . Wonder if it's included? I know the drink has to be under $11
-
Agreeing with you. Sorry meant to quote the OP.
Ok great! If not I was going to pack one!lol
-
Ok I have a question for people that have stayed in the suites on the Dawn. Do you happen to know if they had a martini shaker in the bar area? Just a little curious in case I might make one or two...😉
Help with Guest Relations

Actually I'm in the US but that's great information Thankyou. Typically I don't complain about anything but in this case I feel it's justified. They had damaged my clothing in the wash and returned it the day of debarkation. They are trying to tell me that because I didn't file a complaint onboard they will do nothing. I told my steward the night before we left it was damaged and they tried to fix it but when it was returned 1 hour before debarkation it was in the same condition. Not sure how at that point I was supposed to file a formal complaint onboard when I was being escorted off the ship! It shouldn't be this difficult one would think.
