We book hc rooms for my wife all the time on RCCL, interiors and balconies. There was never an issue with space, even with a scooter and wheelchair in the room. Don't worry!

Is there a liquor store on the pier or nearby?
-
Also, are there any shops at that pier?

I become diamond plus on my next cruise. Do I qualify for the gift on this cruise or the next one? Thanks.

You can do the amphibious duck tour (half on land and half on water) in Boston and Halifax and maybe Portland too. And Theodore Tugboat's in Halifax.

Has it both officially announced that the Anthem is leaving or is it just conjecture?

According to her post, she mentioned Parsippany. As for wait times on the bus, just read the schedules. Subways run every 5 minutes or so. Nothing to make a big deal about.
-
Forty minutes to the bus terminal and twenty more to Yankee Stadium. I do this all the time.
-
On route 46 in Parsippany, you can take a Lakeland bus to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. From there, take a subway to the stadium. Parking is free. Total cost would be about 15 per person.

80 points in rccl gets you free nightly drinks in the DL. 80 points in carnival gets you one lunch time drink per cruise. I vote rccl hands down.

Harpoon brewery is 2 blocks away. They have a souvenir shop inside.

Are they near the port (walkable), or do I need a taxi? What are the prices, and how long would each take? Thanks.

Ask to speak to a supervisor, that is what I did. Five minutes later, it was all fixed.

Tell Royal you want to go on the cruise to New England. I did that, got the same room at the original price and 100 OBC too.

Like others have said, there is a handicap drop-off area. The porters will guide you to that area. If you can push the person to your room, do NOT let yourself be herded to the handicap area in the terminal; that will just add 30 to 40 minutes to the process and it is not necessary. Just go right to the kiosks and check yourselves in. Once you check in, then go thru the security area.
At that point you are good to go on board. You will be directed to the elevators, go up to deck 5, and enter the ship. The elevator banks where you board the ship are usually pretty crowded. Instead of getting aggravated, go down past the Schooner Bar and use those elevators. It's a lot easier and way less crowded. Anything else, just ask. We've been on 3 different cruises with my wife in a wheelchair from Cape Liberty.

I can probably help. My wife was in a wheelchair for the 10/12-10/21 cruise. How many people are there? for example is one wheelchair bound, and is one able to push. Once I get that answer, I'll be able to better answer your questions.

My wife and I will be on the Anthem in October and I have a question about tendering in Bar Harbor. She is in a wheelchair and only able to walk 10 to 15 feet. Will she be able to get on the tender from the ship, and be able to get to dock once she gets off the tender? How helpful are they at the ship, and how helpful are the people operating the tender?

Concerning the 3 Diamond drinks in the MDR..... They were NOT allowed on our April 29 - May 6 cruise on the Anthem.

I have a question about the tendering process. My wife is wheelchair bound. It looks like she would be able to board the tender with out too much difficulty. But the ramp at Bar Harbor looks very steep from the pictures. In your opinion, would I be able to push a large woman up that ramp? Or would the staff from the tender be able or willing to help. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can get a drink at the casino on your way to dinner, or just walk to the casino as soon as you order. It is just a few feet away.
