Updating in case anyone else has a similar question: Called the above number and the rep helped me get my kiddo setup with a C&A number, and also connected it to our upcoming sailing so he could receive the perks! -
I hope it's okay to ask this here: we will be sailing our first Diamond cruise for NYE. It will be my 15 year old's first cruise, but I know he can get "grandfathered" into our status. Is there a way to do this before the cruise so he can receive the youth perks, or do I have to wait until we're on the ship and visit a C&A membership rep to get his status updated?

Can anyone speak to the beach/water at these spots? Cruise docks here in January so it looks like seaweed shouldn't be a problem, but a lot of the pics on TripAdvisor seem to show murky water, just trying to set expectations!
