yes, we've done flight out and Eastbound back to the UK. It's probably worth seeing what Cunard will charge for flights as it can be expensive. We've used Cunard flights this time for July/August - Manchester-Vancouver (via Heathrow) and return from Miami, and we've done well out of it, especially with Covid and flights not yet back up to full timetables.

Interesting! Our QE Voyage Personaliser has recently changed from 1st fixed and 2nd open to 2 fixed sittings. However I suppose it may change again! At the start of QE's current cruise it was 2 fixed sittings.

The UK does now! You're advised to stay at home or avoid other people if possble. That's all. The guidance now refers to "Covid 19 and other respiratory infections" rather than just Covid.

My TA hasn't heard anything about our trip being cancelled. We have decided to minimize contact with others in the 2 weeks up to when we go away. My husband works from home, I work with the public but will be taking precautions. We can test before we go as we fly out the day before the cruise starts (72 hour PCR test), though I know you're flying out earlier. Have you looked at the Canadian Cruisers forum on here? They may know more about what might happen should you test positive. Hopefully, we'll all stay negative and be on the lovely QE on 11 July!

We're early savers but have been a few times with Cunard, so where does that leave us! We don't know what the criteria are. We are on for 29 nights and it seems those who've been bumped are on shorter trips.

I agree with Lissie, it seems they are reducing capacity and have cancelled some people. Hope you get sorted but I think there would be some cross people if they were cancelled and then others subsequently booked on. However, we don't know which cruises the cancellations apply to. Certainly some people travelling on QE in June have been cancelled, not seen anything about QE in July. It seems to be the shorter segments.

It seems as well as QV and QM2, on some of the shorter legs on QE to Alaska some passengers have had their bookings cancelled. We are booked on her from 11th July so watching this with interest! Someone currently on board is reporting as follows "I've just been to reception and was told anyone booking in segments are being cancelled, a whole trip is not.
