But that is not what it says in the FAQ. It does say Zero Proof is included in the CP in my cruise planner....hence, the confusion!
-
So now it looks like special coffees and teas, and Coca-Cola products, are not included in the Classic. Are we back to hauling Coke on board? At least we get the coffees and teas due to loyalty status (I hope!).
-
Any updates on the current situation wrt the Classic package and the inclusion of Zero Proof beverages? San Pelligrino would be great, as it is offered in my cruise planner!
-
Having just read the new descriptions of the 2 packages, I noticed that the Classic doesn't mention being able to "pay the difference" (for an individual drink over the $10 limit), whereas the Premium does. Does anyone have recent experience?

We would like to go off the ship for a couple of hours after our early embarkation. TIA.
-
Do you know how many passengers are onboard? I had noticed that your cruise, like mine next month, had been listed as currently unavailable. Full, or limited capacity due to staffing? TIA.
-
But you cannot use OBC to pre-purchase. I just tried and the agent said it was a system issue that only allows pre-purchase of shore excursions.

I've read that pier testing in Southampton is being cut back. We were counting on it as we're disembarking from a Celebrity ship the same day we embark a Princess ship. Is it still available? If so, do we book ahead? How?
If not, we will try to find something in Southampton. Lloyd's doesn't offer it on that particular day (September 30), but I believe there's a regenerative clinic in the shopping centre that does. TIA for information

Clojacks, not cloaks, sorry!
-
Cloaks, please report back on what Celebrity says as we are in a similar situation in September. TIA.

What is the phone number of the loyalty ambassador? We have a final payment due soon, directly to Azamara. Thanks in advance.
-
Success! I called the new bookings number and got through much more quickly. The agent assured me the OBC was good for anything. Many thanks to roberts2005 for the alert.

OBC for excursions only? I didn't see that mentioned! I gave up at 75 minutes on hold today.
-
Did you have to cancel and then rebook?
-
My invoice has air fare listed, even though it's been paid with Flights by Celebrity (through a combination of air credit and extra amount due to difference in fare ). I've talked with FBC (4 months ago), my TA has been promised by them (2 months ago) that it will be taken care of, and it's still there, with final payment due in mid-June. Frustrating!

Can you still upgrade later in the cruise at a pro-rated price?
-
What are the posted hours for this bar?

We really like Celebrity, we love Azamara! That said, we have never booked the suites (with their elevated experience, on both lines). We're active seniors (average age late 60s), and generally aren't participating in events during the day. We really enjoyed our recent Azamara cruise (excellent food, service, entertainment).

Thanks for that information. It would have been nice to have the test while onboard.
-
In Barbados, there was a mandatory shuttle bus (free) to the terminal. We were berthed the farthest away from it.
-
Yes, I read that, but isn't Celebrity an "accredited testing provider"?
-
We will be "jumping ship" to a different cruise line (not in the RCL group). Can we get a test onboard Celebrity, and pay for it?
-
Thanks, uktog, for your reports. We had been wondering about the new ownership wrt food and entertainment...sounds great!
I was wondering about the fitness centre....do you need to sign up for a time? Are classes offered (stretch, pilates, zumba)?
We're on the Dec 23 cruise, and are optimistic about it sailing!
