  1. Sounds like adult beverages were consumed by the "mature" adult men who now thought they were 20 something!
  2. Go to one of his posts...at the bottom is a list of previous cruises...click on expand and viola his upcoming November cruise listing the ports shows up
  3. @jam19872016...WOW stunning pics from your tour, loved all of them, not so much to robot lawn mower, but I understand the "guy" thing.
  4. @Jamman54....my Life Is Good birthday PKG for my other half arrived...he loves both of them. Watch for your royalty check should cover at least one beer 🍻
  5. Agree....since we live in a relatively small space...we live fulltimein our RV and travel along with cruising I do not purchase books anymore. I prefer "freebies" on my Kindle and going to the library. Now my partner reads all day long on the internet....it is still reading as you say a different form. My 95 year old mom does not like that I use a Kindle, she is old fashioned, library books all the way and puzzles as well. Most of my cruise research is done online as well.
  6. Sorry politely agree to disagree....I am a BIG reader. Grew up reading and going to the library. Before I retired and worked in the corporate world I did not have time to read....making up for it now that I am retired and love it...bring my Kindle everywhere! I do still enjoy holding a book as well.
  7. @jam19872016...Sunday brownie...today is Tuesday? The cakes on Carnival always look appetizing, but taste is something else. Glad you are enjoying all your dining choices.
  8. @WriterOnDeck....really enjoying following all of your travels. If you don't mind I have a few questions. How do you determine the "safety factor" when choosing where and when to travel? Do you feel comfortable on ship excursions vs independent excursions. We are now retired so we can cruise more often. Years ago we had no "fears" when going into ports, not so much in today's world. Just wondering how you deal with all of this. Thanks in advance. Susan
  9. @ninjacat123...LOVE ALL your fur kids! This was one of the BEST live reviews I have followed in a LONG time! You and hubby have a LOT of energy and covered a lot of ground each and every day. You certainly made the most of you time there! You have earned a few days of lounging around your home in your jammies for sure. ENJOY! Looking forward to your next adventure!
  10. @Haljo1935...I must have missed something along the way. Can you please explain what moving excursions from CC to OBC is. If my mind is working property CC ='s cruise critic and OBC='s on board credit.....but then maybe CC='s credit card. Wondering how you got excursions on cruise critic.
  11. I wish schools educated about the sins of our youth catching up with us as adults then seniors along with financial guidance, but too late for me for sure, dealing with what I've been dealt from my youth!
  12. Very true BUT, that ignorance catches up with ALL of us as we biologically age, then it pays to drop the ignorance and pay attention!
  13. If anyone has ever watched the episode of Dirty Jobs where he works on a fish farm where salmon and other species are grown you would really only prefer to eat "wild" "substainably caught" seafood. There is a HUGE difference in flavor and taste, IMO.
