totally agree with being able to choose and shop other cruise lines...it seems to me IMO that so called ELITE CLASS are the ones i see complaining most of the time....we cruised more than 20 plus sailings but have learned that loyalty doesn't mean a thing to cruise lines or other large companies...when vacationing we go where more bang for our hard earned money takes us

on Princess Caribbean can someone help us with information in what is included? HAL has thermal suites that have a large jacuzzi with many different jets streaming and the tile recliners is this what Princess has too?

The way we broke it down was: they difference between plus and premier was about $200. But now we can drink any kind of coffee also wine and other alcohol up to $20….since it was my retirement cruise why not. Whatever you chose have fun and stay positive while you’re cruising

we have princess premier which is $20 on our booking papers but Medallion shows $18.... yes copies were made of the correct amount

we have premier package with two different amounts on beverage price max one$18 and another $20 ??? made a copy of our online purchased one because Medallion is the one showing $18....has anyone had this issue thank you Happy cruising to all

MR WEINSTEIN you have heard enough I'm recently retired and would love to help our fellow customers aka cruisers have better call in customer/booking service. Wonder how to do this? Simple we could be your best work force, work from home no buildings to occupy and spend money on upkeeps...it may sound crazy but I bet there many out here who would be willing to help PRINCESS come back to what it was pre PANDEMIC thank you for your trying to get PRINCESS back

if you see when you made those two reservations they let you know the $78 credit scroll down one will see zero balance therefore no charge to ones credit card on medallion file but buyer beware scroll down to make sure your free ones from premier package were used

It’s been a nightmare for us also with getting our two SD booked even the one we paid for has disappeared under 45 days to hopefully all will work out. Happy Cruising to all

still unable to book our two premier specialty dining reservations for our cruise 6 weeks out not on medallion or on website yet it says we have dining credits

Phoenix1975. we too are going through the same issue we have premier package with less 50 days and unable to make reservations although it says we have dining credits but still unable we tried live chat and that got worse now have an escalation now we paid for one dining reservation it’s a big mess.
