My wife and I have booked a cabin each on an upcoming sailing and are bringing another couple. We will swap keys through guest services once onboard, which we have done before with no issue. The couple we are bringing this time wish to purchase a beverage package (we are d+ so no need for us). We are hoping that someone reading this may have done this "swap" and purchase before. Can't see why they wouldn't want to sell a beverage package to our friends once they are in the same cabin. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance.

1) yes they will get back to you, however you’re better off calling them. They’re very helpful. 1-888-561-2234 2) if you choose to book a cruise and room that doesn’t have an interior that matches your offer, you can use the $500 towards that booking. 3) you can call and ask to upgrade from an interior and they will tell you the current upgrade cost. It changes based on promotions that are active at the time. 4) call and talk to the reps, they’ve very helpful and can answer your questions….

All the shuttles we have used we requested when we booked thru A2S. You need to call them and add it to the booking. Alternatively you can wait until you are onboard and book it thru guest services.

Casino free cruises with friends

Hi - yes, once onboard you can go to guest services and request the cabin key swap. You need to be sure your guests are on the same credit card/account and you and your husband are on the same one. They will match the keys to the same onboard charge account. -

Made it back alive from Columbus cove. All normal other than no boat excursions. Dancers, acrobats and musicians playing as usual. -
Why is RC still going to Labadee?

We made it back alive from Columbus cove. Some overly aggressive yellow shirt vendors almost we head to head with security over a wooden sword, but other than that all was normal. -

Turns out the announcement was to advise the excursions were cancelled and if anyone was worried they could stay onboard. My mistake. -

On the Adventure docked at Labadee. Gangways are open. The captain just announced that the issues are 130 miles away in port au prince, that only staff and suppliers are allowed access to the area, and if we want to stay onboard that’s ok too… So Labadee is fully operational today. -

We have docked and gangways are open. Don’t know about any excursions being cancelled - I would assume they’re all running. Surprising after the captains comments about abundance of caution and staying onboard yesterday. -

Royal Carribean Internet on Greek Isles cruise
watcher_62 replied to travelali's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I'm confused on your pricing. We are doing a 7 day Greek cruise and a 4 device internet package is $391. Are you buying four 1 device packages for everyone? One 4 device package is all you need... -
I would agree. We just got off Reflection and I qualified for a concierge class cruise and exceeded the amethyst level. I then spoke to the host and upon return called Ble Chip. I couldn't get any confirmation of when/howlong my Amethyst status would last, and was also advised that I needed to book one of the offered cruises (which all end in July) or find another one that sails before August to use my $1500 credit. Is that normal for BCC?

OK - back from Celebrity and Odyssey and 7+ staff mentioned the combining of the programs, which should be a big positive. Now that I'm active with Blue Chip Club (Celebrity's casino program) I have to say my initial impression is it's not run as well as Casino Royale. The fact that you have a separate BCC number (not your Captains Club number) and the points you earn onboard for free cruise offers are not the same as your status points for overall casino program benefits make it very confusing, but this may have been a mistake by the Host (who seemed very confused). Casino Royale points all track the same and are simply associated with your Crown and Anchor number. It seems Celebrity are making changes because every rep I have spoken to both onboard and on the BCC line seem unsure of exactly how the program works. One change (unless i was advised incorrectly) I hope they make right away is to extend their offers beyond 6 months. Casino Royale offers go up to a year, making them much more useful for regular players.

Currently onboard the Odyssey and was chatting with our next door neighbor. They are avid Celebrity cruisers who play the casino. They mentioned they heard there were plans to combine the two lines casino programs in some way, but did not know the timeline. It would be a real positive imho. Has anyone heard this?
