If you have an ocean view balcony, the cabin description indicates it has a sofa bed and/or a Pullman bed.  Go to the deck plan for deck 7 and click on the down arrow for cabin descriptions.

I noticed Gayle mentioning she thinks it is related to certificates earned on most recent sailing.  My husband earned a free junior suite certificate and I earned a free balcony certificate on our last cruise.  This bankroll blitz offer came addressed to him.   

If you go to clubroyaleoffers.com, there could be up to 27 offers for NFL sailings/tickets.  The brochure they sent out is a sample of what is being offered.  To figure out what ship and sailing date, all NFL games are post cruise and usually a Ravens home game would be a Grandeur sailing, a Jets or Giants game would probably be an Anthem sailing or whatever ship may be sailing out of Cape Liberty in the fall.  It appears that most sailings disembark on a Saturday and the games are played on Sunday.

Just looked at my club royale offers.  There is a new one listed called the 2019 Valentine's Day Offer.  Does anyone know which ship and sailing date?

I was on the Grandeur which was rerouted to the Bahamas before your cruise (5 nights turned into 9 nights). We returned home the evening of the 16th and could opt to disembark the next day. Received my FCC on 9-28. Applied it to an already booked cruise (which had a balance due) in March, 2019.

According to the CR rep, it will be an offer on Oasis for Oct. 21st. Mailings should be sent out by the end of the week ... so they say!!!!

The 2018 Holiday event will be on the Navigator on Dec 16th for 5 nights out of Miami stopping at Nassau and Labadee. (I clicked on Redeem and picked the ship and sail date from the drop down boxes that I wanted. When I received my confirmation email from RC today, it was the above mentioned cruise only.) Information should be sent out sometime this week. I talked to a CR rep and she told me the events listed on that web site are offers already out or coming out. In order to redeem a new listing, you should wait until you receive your mailing or email and then it would be a good idea to call them instead of doing it online to make sure everything is applied correctly.

Anything on Anthem?

I received an email for football specials ... all out of Miami.

Did yours give the $ off? Mine does not. Says Casino Rate.

Received this offer via email first and then snail mail a week later for an inside cabin. I am signature. I cruised in April and May (with signature benefits) for a b2b2b2b. Start again the end of August into September and then in October into November. Just love the comps!!

Mine must have landed in never never land!!! No matter tho. I know my level. I received the free benefits from the new program when I sailed in April and May. I did reconfirm with CR and I've booked my free cruise.

What is the subject line of the level notification email? Still have not received anything yet that I know of unless I missed it.

'Your new Club Royale tier status' is the subject line of the notification email. DH received his email 6/6/18 concerning his 'choice' level but I did not and I am 'signature'.

Water is available out of the soda machines without having the 'soda cup' with the chip. Can use any cup/bottle/glass to get plain water and ice. Always figured that water is the same as served in the dining rooms.

The listings for the 2019 second quarter should be released in August. Anxious to see what will be available.

I don't profess to understand how these CR representatives interpret the new program. I called to book an offer received thru the mail and after we were done, they said ... "You are signature. Did you want to also book your free cruise now?" I said I would do it later. I called back another day and had no problem. Go figure!! I would keep calling back until I got someone who knew what they were talking about. JMO

Thanks. We were on the independence in march and received some cents which we have applied to the symphony TA. I called CR and asked what our tier was and she said they don’t track previous cruises. I thought that was odd that she was unable to bring up our history. I will call back. Thanks

Any points you accumulated from sailings on Royal from July 2016 to December 2017 were used to determine your current tier for the year from April 2018 to March 2019. If you have previous sailings on Royal during that time period and have frequented the casino, call back and talk to someone else. It appears from prior postings that not every representative you talk to has the most current information or cares to do the research for you.

The sailing you completed in March should go towards the next tier period. Supposedly CR is grandfathering everyone into the new program so all points accumulated from January 2018 to March 2019 would determine your CR tier starting April 2019 and then yearly after that from April to March.

Do you get your crown and anchor points as well when sailing on a “free” cruise. How do they track the casino accumulated points - by cruise or year and if yearly is it calendar year?

C&A are accumulated on the comp'd cruises by CR. Casino points are tracked yearly from Apr 1 to Mar 31 to determine your tier.

We are doing B2B on Anthem Feb 15-23 and Feb 23-Mar 3. Both are “free” casino bookings

Awesome!! I will be on the Feb 23 sailing on the Anthem - "free" casino booking. Doing a b2b on Grandeur starting Jan 3 (casino bookings using certs and free bookings) and then a b2b on Harmony starting Mar 29. Need to stay at home once in a while. All of them are solos.

I did get some really good deals for the rest of this year on Adventure, Allure, Anthem and Grandeur. Most were fully comp'd except for taxes, etc. I try to take advantage of the cruise listings where I don't have the extra expense for flights when cruising solo. My DH will be on the Allure with me in October. Upgraded to a Crown Loft Suite. I really cannot complain about CR and the benefits I have received over the past few years.

I do try to attend the Meet & Mingles so maybe I'll get to meet you there if not in the casino. I'm usually at the tables!!!

Make sure you log out off your RC account. Wait a few minutes. Go to the regular RC web page ... http://www.royalcaribbean.com Click on 'already booked' and then 'check in'. That is the only way I can get into my reservation to check in.

Thank you for the fun week. Now this next week is the one we are really looking forward to. We'll be sailing this itinerary on August 31st and cannot wait...

Could've Been Worse

Since I complained on here about being placed in the wrong tier category, I must be fair to RCCL and post the outcome. I received a call stating my Prime status was verified and inviting me to call to book the complimentary cruise. I upgraded the interior to a balcony on an 8-day Anthem cruise for $358. Ok, I'm happy now. Hope those that are still waiting for resolution will receive a positive reply soon.

Hi. I am going to go out on a limb. Please don't chop it off. I am not a RN or in the medical profession. Put the chain saw away!!! However, I have a friend who unexpectedly lost a father (stroke and heart attack), brother (heart attack at age 45) and then had a stroke himself and then a blood clot in his leg. The cardiologist had no answers. They heard about this condition from a friend in the medical profession with the blood called 'factor 5' and finally got the family doctor to run a test. Yes, he has factor 5 and it runs in the family. They now believe that is what killed his father and brother. The doctor strongly recommended that their daughter be tested also. Just something to consider if you haven't already done so. Just saying ....
