    I am an android user and have tried to find the Medallion App but only find a Princess app (first 2 pics) and Ocean Ready app (3rd and 4th pics). Are either of these the Princess Mediallion app? They are very different from each other but seem to have the same info. Which should we use?

    Curious when you sail as ours just shows the Plus. We are in a Penthouse (Vista) but not going until Nov/25. Wondered if they are upgrading earlier sails first.

    Just wondered if you tried to change the "free" specialty dining perk to another night or is it totally 1st night or lose it?? We really wanted to go to the Signature Restaurant the first night.

    I guess I am confused when the Sun Princess diagram show Lotus Spa on the 5th level not Enclave. And when we booked, the booking agent put us on hold while she went to check that in deed it was included in our room booking.

    Here is the Penthouse Suite "included" list now. It definitely shows the Thermo Suite included!!

    When we booked it direct with Princess. Disappointed now! We were also told we have a private section of the Sanctuary and can use the full facilities there (pool and hot tub). Is this not true either?

    So what do they mean when they list The Thermal Suite as a feature of the Penthouse Suite?

    Customer service says it is and unlimited. But I'm curious as well from someone who has sailed in a Penthouse Suite.

    Hello UDChE89, We are booked to go in October and have tossed around getting the Gold Package as I don't eat seafood or fish like your mom. Do you remember if they had other choices each night? We found a few sample menus and one had reindeer! Not sure I could eat that either since we have them as backyard pets Lol.
