SPB is a tour agency that does tours (especially in St Petersberg ). Try this link
They are not the only agency available others are also rated very well:

Spa or Solarium? The Spa costs the Solarium (for over 16 year olds) is free

If you work on a cruise ship - you may have to tidy up that left from the party , not take part in it.

Pre-paid cards are popular and in many cases have replaced TCs

The advice in Rick Steves book on the ABBA museum is that you can book a time slot in advance but there are also machines in the entrance for your use if you have not booked ahead. Can someone confirm ?

We are choosing to pay by CC (no exchange fee) . Makes it simple. I just get amazed at the number of roubles that it will cost (the figure size that is).
Those of you that only use a CC : How do you manage for local buses in places like Helsinki; Stockholm; Copenhagen?

Do yu know if not including alcohol brought the price to within the limit for the classic package?

Plenty of posts in this forum on the drinks packages. Take look at this one ...it may help. Drinks

The temperature you indicate is about right but you could look on Weather Underground and after entering the location you are interested in the page will show current temps but also a tab for history, click on it and enter your day when there but either this or a previous year.

Have you looked on the NCL forum?
It may be a good idea to ask on that forum and also look into reviews for the ship/cruise
-
And not everyone on CC will feed back!

We do not drink enough to justify an upgrade to premium and as long as I can get a drink in a bar I will be satisfied. Usually a scotch, wine or occasional beer. I must admit I do find the drinks package thing a bit irritating - why not just have one on offer?

How about an Alaska or Baltic cruise or Norway Fjords ? These do not have continual hot weather (Baltics can have warm days). May suit ? Celebrity is one line that my teens like (they spend time in the library and do not mix with other teens too much),

If its your first cruise and as you are in the UK I suggest you look at Thompson Cruises (part of Thompson Holidays). Many are well satisfied on those cruises. Entertainment is OK . Thomson are also taking delivery of a few ships (they are not new but purchased off other cruise lines), Just depends upon what you want. No harm in taking a look
-
I have heard that the meals are subject to cost reduction but getting the food to pay for the cruise ? On board catering at its best?
-
We hope that you enjoy this cruise . May is our favorite time to visit the Baltic and Europe . ;)
May is my favorite time to visit Florida. Do continue with your review.

I travel light typically with under 18Kg of luggage and one bag. 90Kg!!!! Do people take the kitchen sink??? I take it that the max for any one case would be 32Kg (H&S applies)

Depends upon the ports that your cruise will stop at and if you get off the ship at those ports. For most its the Euro but if going to Russia tour companies work in US $ however other shopping costs may be in the local currency, Sweden also uses its own but maybe willing to accept Euro.
If an itinerary is available please post it and a better response maybe achieved

"if we see another cruise ship performance where they get entwined in or fly around on silk curtains we will scream"
Ummm...If you do would it be seen as part of the standing ovation?
-
Thank you -I thought there would be no real restriction other than ones own problem when taking carry on bags.

As there is an entry for your cruise in the Roll Call forum you just enter that roll call and click Post Reply to put a new entry into it.

If you had to 'buy' a drink to get a pastry and as most people will have a package such a move may result in a lot of waste

£1 is now 1.24 Euro so it has already fallen following the outcome of the referendum (it has recovered a little from this mornings low of 1.0911).
Sterling saw record-breaking losses as the UK opted for Brexit. £1= $1.37. What will happen with the £ remains to be seen.

My fear is Celebrity will avoid the issue having spent so much money on them evidenced by them posting themselves on here saying the shows have received rave reviews. From whom?
Perhaps Celebrity will post a link to these reviews?

A good place to get an idea of what temperature to expect is Weather Underground. When a location is found/selected there is an option to look at the weather history'
For instance May 2016 at Santorini shows an average max temp of 24 C (75F). i would select the ports of call and look at each to gain some idea.
