In my limited experience the bars on Celebrity are well used but not as busy as your experience and I have never seen anyone going over the top so to speak - a little merry perhaps but not much else (oh that would be me)

We too are doing the Baltic Cruise and will have two at 17 years with us - they like to read (a lot) and are quiet (well sometimes) and we do intend to use the solarium -not sure how many people it holds tho.

Ohhh...horror...the Hideway was a favorite on Reflection. What can compensate on Eclipse?

What are the rules on using the solarium? I think its adults only and it may have a different age limit when sailing from the UK ?
If you want quiet that area may be an option although I have never had an issue with kids on board and we sail in the UK summer holidays.
This year we are doing the Baltic cruise and it may be a bit cool for the outdoor pools.

Those that have sailed with Celebrity from Southampton - can you advise on where best to park the car?
Any discount codes may also be welcomed.

We are quite happy with the classic package and have never seen a good reason to upgrade. Am I the only one that if I spent $11 upgrading would want to drink that extra cost every day?

I am thinking of having a trip on the Mollie train when our cruise docks at Warnemunde but will need to know the best way to get from the dock to Bad Doberan and how the travel (train or bus) system works. Can some people provide a detailed explanation?

I thought that Celebrity does not offer any drinks packages on transatlantic crossings.

Fish are Friends not Food ! is that the cry? :) Here where I live in the UK Sushi restaurants have almost gone (cannot even think where one is!). What my earlier post is suggesting is not necessarily an Italian but something from somewhere or different places. Tapas, Italian (plenty of pizza in the buffet) ...curiously street food seems to becoming popular with some.(just ideas)

I hope the Sushi thing (so yesterday ?) is only for Reflection although I must admit the Bistro on 5 was poorly attended from what I have seen. How about a reasonable priced Italian restaurant ?( European style (e.g. Italian, Greek, French - and then they could continue with the crepes?)
Onshore excursion in St Petersburg. Do we have to book with Celebrity

Have a look (on the web) at Alla Tours ; SPB and others. They all offer tours of SPB and are well recommend -better and cheaper than cruise line tours.
