Slight issue with my spa credit. I asked when I made the appointment if I could use it for a haircut. The person I spoke to on the phone said yes.
When I arrived I presented the coupon. After the haircut Patience, my stylist, was not sure how to ring it in so said to just com back later to sign.
When I came back the lady at reception insisted the haircut was not covered. Patience came out and stood up for me but the other lady was being quite rude. All's well that ends well and I was only charged the gratuities which I knew I would be beforehand and was no problem at all. Patience was very sweet and I appreciated her service even before she had to step in and help me resolve my issue with rude reception lady.
