  1. Hello, If I pre-book an excursion in French and there aren't enough people and they cancel the excursion in French. Will they also cancel my excursion or will I be able to join the excursion in English? Thanks
  2. You will find this information on MSC website: - Gala Night: on Gala Night, dress to impress! Whether that means a tuxedo, suit and tie, evening gown or cocktail dress, or perhaps it’s your very best jeans and polo shirt, your attire should fit your own level of elegance. The only thing required is your smile.
  3. I just got back from another cruise with the Aurea experience. Do not expect to have non Aurea guests enter the designated Aurea restaurant. The designated Aurea restaurant is for Aurea guests only. Everytime you enter the restaurant for dinner, there are people at the door that will scan your cruise card to make sure that you have the Aurea experience and they know who is in the cabin. They do it everynight. The family of 6 will have to go to the main dining room if they want to have dinner with the other persons.
  4. Can someone tell me if the Aurea dedicated restaurant is only open for dinner or can we also have breakfast and lunch? Thanks
  5. Unbeliavable, I just tried the MSC for me APP and 1 minute later, I received my cruise ticket. Thanks for the info.
  6. I keep clicking on the send button to receive my ticket by email but I only receive the booking confirmation and the health and safety protocol documents. Also unable to download the boarding pass. I did not use a TA, I booked directly on MSC's website.
  7. How can we change the language? Forget this post. I just found how to change it.
  8. I love the ship... Here's one in Spanish:
  9. We booked an Aurea cabin for a cruise in the Caribbean. They say that you have priority bording with the Aurea Experience. Our embarkation time in Miami is 10:30. Is there a special line? Do we embark after YC or at the same time? We also booked an Aurea cabin for a transatlantic cruise from Italy to Florida. Our embarkation time in Genoa is 15:00 (3:00PM). How can this be priority boarding???

  17. My post is not about insurance. I ALWAYS buy insurance. My post is about the fact that he told me that people have to disembark at the next port of call if they test positive on the ship.
  18. I booked a B2B so I will ask the agent... if he calls me back....
  19. An agent from MSC Canada is supposed to call me back with an answer from his supervisor. He said that before 2022-07-01, people who tested positive were ordered to stay in their cabin but since 2022-07-01 he does not know....
  20. I called MSC Canada on Monday to book a cruise and the agent told me that if people test positive to Covid while on the cruise, they will have to disembark at the next port of call so that's why you should get the Covid protection plan. Is that true?
