Any suggestions on how to secure a table for 4 in the MDR when on anytime dining ?

there is 1 bucket with an extra long rope on it at the very back of the ship. best I can do.

only kidding. there are laundry specials available on most cruises. I have found them to be a pretty good deal.

something tells me this is not an accident, they do not want you to be able to access the inventory of available cabins,

they keep that to themselves and the travel agents.

if you don't mind going back to the airport the next day ,  you can probably take the shuttle organized by the cruise line.

Try the shuttle bus organized by your cruise line. The fare is usually quite economical and they handle the luggage for you.

Have a great cruise however you choose to get to the ship. Bon Voyage.🏖️

Just completed the 10 day version of this cruise. No St. Johns, No Portland, No Saguenay. We still enjoyed it very much . Quebec City is a gem . Hope you have a great time.

My wife and I are currently on the Zuiderdam. Our original stateroom was 1060 just below B.B. Kings, the noise was very loud. My wife was unable to sleep. Lucky for us , the customer service folks were able to move us to a quieter location and all is well. The good part about 1060 is that it was a larger cabin with some extra room. Hope this helps you decide. Safe travels.

I received an email today from HAL with regard to Our Zuiderdam cruise starting in Quebec City on Sept.23.

It lists suggested times to arrive at the port for embarkation. It also says to expect delays during the security screening and embarkation. Does anyone have any prior experiences similar to this ?

I think the HAL transfer to MIA is your best option.

Doing the Canada / New England cruise Sept 23 on Zuiderdam. Can you tell me about getting in and out of the Cruise port in Quebec City, ( The ship is docked there overnight Sept. 23- 24) for sightseeing ect ? The ship is scheduled to be docked at pier 22.
