As has been pointed out numerous times (including in response to your similar previous post), the muster drill isn't just for the benefit of the passengers. It is also for the benefit of the crew.
Depending on what time you plan on getting to the airport, you may not have as much free time as you think. It can easily be a 2.5 hour ride from Ravenna to Marco Polo.
As has been pointed out in numerous posts, the drill is for the crew as well as the passengers. Your suggestion would not provide the crew with the opportunity to perform as realistic of a drill as possible, as was done previously.
According to the chief's posts, one of the main purposes (if not THE main purpose) of the drill as it relates to passengers is having them know where their muster station is and how to get to it by actually going to it on the ship. That would be impossible to do in the terminal.
Being such an important word, "potable" should be replaced by another word, perhaps "drinkable" or "consumable"? Kind of like "flammable" and "inflammable". 😁
I never said anything about it being harmful. I just said that people may not want to inhale the chemicals it produces, possibly because of this, from the link you provided:
"E-cigarettes are not risk-free. We don't yet know their long-term effects, so people who have never smoked shouldn't use them."
Because the air in their cabin is combined into the air conditioning system and goes to other cabins, where it is inhaled by others who do not wish to inhale the chemicals in the vape.
Be sure you warn the people that might open whatever bottle you have it in that it is bleach, in case they want to smell it to make sure it isn't alcohol!
