Try doing a google search for PCR ( either rapid or regular) near "your zip code". You may need to wade through the options and make some phone calls. I'm guessing you're just going to have to accept that you'll be paying for it. I've also seen "concierge services" where they come to your home to test you though I can only imagine what that costs. I'm guessing that none of the proctored home tests are PCR, which is unfortunate. I'm in NJ and some of the local pharmacies do testing but it can cost from $70-$200.
