That is fabulous news they were able to find permanent housing for their family. One bathroom may not be ideal but it sure beats moving every couple of weeks, especially with the boys.

Did everything restore after you reset breakers? As Marietta said this summer sure has been filled with a lot of crazy storms, heat, humidity, etc etc. I work for an alarm / security company and we have had a lot of customers with power surge issues damage their equipment this summer. We always recommend surge protection but most people don't elect then they complain when their NVR's, security cameras, driveway gates, panels etc no longer work.

I'll be on Serenade in Sept and on past sailings on her the 1st seating for traditional dining was 5 to 5:15 so if you go at 630ish the 1st seating should be clearing out around 630ish

When I first read the article online the other day I wondered this too. I doubt customs would make special arrangements. He would have to get off and back on like others doing b2bs, etc. He's probably so used to it it doesn't matter. Same goes for muster station. They know him by now and probably just check off his name as done.

If he's onbosrd for 300 nights a yr I doubt it matters.

I can tell you majority of first time homebuyers have no clue what a cancelled check. We always had to get a copy of front and back of their earnest deposit mo ey checks. So we gave up asking for copy of cancelled check and would ask for copy of bank printout showing the check cleared their bank acct. Our son, Chris, recently told us he doesn't even have checks with his bank acct.

That is not right that they have to pay out of their own pocket to get help! We have been asking for evening service and our room stewards are always happy to hear that. Now makes sense why they were happy to hear that.

We sail on Tuesday, Sept 12th for 12 nights. It is a repo cruise and we go to the ABC islands, Grand Cayman and CocoCay and then make our way up the east coast and get off in Boston. Serenade will then do their NE/Canada fall cruises. I cannot wait!!!!

Yes, definitely have many different frozen drinks available Speciality coffee is available several places, Parks Cafe, MDR, Starbucks, various lounges if Diamond or higher, might be in Windjammer cannot remember. Hopefully others will respond as it's been awhile since I was on allure

I agree, Capt. Jason and Chief Stew Aesha handled the situation as best as possible. I couldn't believe the girl's reaction and showing empathy towards the guy instead of comforting the girl that was the victim of his actions. Very thankful to see that production crew step in to do the right thing too! I hope what I typed makes sense - wasn't easy to do without mentioning names and events.

That was very nice that everyone rallied together to help your neighbor. I'm the say as you. I love being outdoors and doing yard work. For me, mowing the lawn is something I enjoy doing and even with Eric retired I want to mow. I always say I prefer my outdoor chores much more than cleaning bathrooms or mopping floors.
