Yes I stayed at the Harbour Hotel in January before my last cruise - it is absolutely gorgeous and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We didn’t eat or drink there so I can’t comment on the food or drink but the rooms are lovely and the whole area it is situated in is really nice.

Absolutely can’t see the ship stopping at Netherlands as they’re in a lockdown as well. Belgium & France questionable due to restrictions and can P&O consider this an Xmas markets cruise after losing so many and replacing with inferior stops or no Xmas markets at all?
Looking forward to the ship a lot, but wondering if it’s possible for P&O to scrap all the stops and just do more local? Is this possible?

On outside photos it looks like the windows on 5 are larger - is this the case? My only concern with deck 5 is with any noise from above - has anyone experienced this or are they quiet?

I have to agree with Lisashusband - we stayed in a sea view cabin on deck 4 and were more than happy with it. The cabin was super spacious and there was no noise whatsoever 😊

The guy said 'It's changing so often they can't keep it up to date which is odd as the cruise planner app works OK (so if you are booked try the app, works for my 2022 cruise). In my case I explained that I'm not booking an Oct 21 UK cruise unless I can see the excursions 1st as they currently won't allow kids off in port if not on an excursion.

But no reply from them yet either over a week!

Thanks for your reply - yes they sent me that email address too so I asked them and I was told the brochure isn’t ready yet and to keep trying! I think I’m just too eager! 😎😎

Yes I bought mine through the My Holiday app once on board - I think there were three separate options depending on what you want to use it for 😎

When I booked the entertainment for the Iona maiden it didn’t actually became available to book until just before midnight on the day it was supposed to be available! So you might want to check later on 😎

No I don’t have booking confirmation - I never got anything sent when I booked it and I wanted to confirm my OBC was correct. I managed to ring up yesterday and request it sent again but never got that either 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ they definitely have the right email address as they confirmed it over the phone 😫

Yes - a confirmation invoice. That's what my TA called it last time I booked anyway ("Included in your booklet is a copy of your cruise operator's own confirmation invoice ...").

as a complaint that you have still not received your confirmation . They may take pity
on you and give P&O a wake up call for you . As far as I'm aware looking through my
paperwork the confirmation invoice is the only paperwork that shows the OBC.

Does anyone know of a way I can request an invoice for a future cruise without having to actually speak to someone at P&O as I gather that is near impossible at the minute? Maybe an automated service or something? I never got a confirmation email and want to check my OBC is correct?

The Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa in Ocean Village is lovely - it’s close enough to walk into the centre of Southampton but just a little bit away from all the traffic of a city centre. There are some lovely places to eat in Ocean Village too.
