Yuk!  You must be one of those people that pick your nose and cough into the buffet while getting your food and spread norovirus.

Sigh. He was pointing out other frequently violated norms on the ship. BTW, noro isn't usually spread through coughing.

"A large cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises appeared on the horizon of Key West’s Pier B Saturday morning. As it grew larger and larger to the view, so too did a crowd of protesters staged on the adjacent pier. A flotilla of fishing boats, led by local Capt. Will Benson, amassed in the water as well."

Pier B is privately owned, so if they want to let ships dock, they can, vote or no vote.

You could always buy a SunPass and load money onto it and it's good in FL, GA and NC (or maybe it's SC?). Anyhow, the money never expires and it's not tied to your plate or your car or a rental, so there's no rule against lending it to a friend or family member to use as well.

You can use SunPass in a rental, but you have to tie the plate to the account.

Then go during non family hours.

Honestly, the place is empty during those 2 -3 hours, when most of you will be fighting for your share of the HH cocktails!

I realize the sacrifice is huge, but honestly, I'd rather watch my granddaughter have a little fun, than listen to chorus of old folks snoring or chatting on cell phones rather loudly.

People keep saying this. It's not empty. I'm there. 😬 Other adults are there. Not everyone keeps the same schedule, and I don't need HH drinks.

Sorry I'm confused on your comment. 'I almost never was able to go in the past.'

HH is still held from 5 to 7pm. So how has that changed for you?

When HH was held solely in the lounge, there was a dress code, including no flip flops.

SI’m here’s a twist…can we swap kids for adult?  We have very well behaved 16 year olds who have eaten solo on a cruise while parents were busy (Disney)

.) Not a huge deal just want to know what to expect.

Swap them for adults how? I don't know what you're asking.

They do if you bother looking at the whole page. The fact that they have a box to select that states "Pay more for a refundable deposit" indicates that otherwise it is non-refundable. It's not their fault you choose to skip steps like insurance and dining preference.

He didn't book on the website!

We booked the cruise through a travel agent and only received the invoice after we included a deposit.  There was no warning that the deposit was non-refundable.

The forensic dissection of the website is interesting, but the OP didn't use it to book. See above.

I will shortly qualify for Elite, however my partner is quite a few points behind me due to myself accumulating extra power up points during and after covid, would my travelling cabin partner whom would be accompanying me in H/H also have access to the complimentary drinks ?

If your partner has the same address, you can bump him or her to your level but not your points as long as you share an address.

"If your account is linked to another member’s account through a spousal or partner relationship, both members will have access to the points and tier associated with the member with more Club Points."
