We were on the same cruise. I agree Zakynthos was a disaster really for tender boats. Other comments I can't share. We sailed Edge last August (22) and constellation beat her hands down. We enjoyed every single meal in the MDR (although some nights the menu was a bit "boring"). We ate deck 4 with the same wait staff and they were just wonderful. The type of service we remembered pre covid, friendly and warm (and again nothing like edge last year which was cold and impersonal). Al baccio never missed a beat for us and we went every day. Reflections bar was fab, fun entertainment, great service. We had 2 x interconnecting cabins on deck 7 and they were spotless. Bathrooms... spotless. I will say there are not enough cleaning staff in communal areas. The pool deck needed more sweeping and mopping. Some toilets needed more attention. I've fed this back in the feedback email. I've also had a sneaky $30 added to our bill after disembarkation. I've emailed them, awaiting a reply. But... we had tears getting off. We loved this cruise and will be booking the same ship for next year. I wish I was still on board. And cruise director Sue Denning is brilliant.

They served it every night on Constellation 2 weeks ago. Deck 11 , when the movie was being shown. Free of charge.

They have been very helpful (showing no availability when I first checked so contected them via WhatsApp and the website just needed updating). 4 of us plus bags for around €60. I'm looking forward to Ravenna. The YouTube videos I've watched suggest it's a lovely, authentic place with some amazing restaurants. Hotel collecting us from Bologna airport in a private car. I can't wait and bonus ... flights to Bologna airport x 4 were half the price of Venice flights and its fab to see somewhere new. We sail next week, can't wait! At the end, booked the celebrity coach transfer to Bologna airport. So far, so good!

I can confirm in GBP . When I tried to book at the lower sale price I just tried getting an error message so I missed out.

Could you please share the email addresses you have used to complain. I tried to book the classic package when it was truly half price. Their site failed, many times and didn't process my order. Then they increased the base price of classic by 45% in the same sale. I called with my many screenshots, including where I was trying to complete the transaction but was basically told hard luck, you lost the offer. I asked for a complaint email and was REDUSED. Guy on the phone said point blank I'm not giving you an email address and complaining won't make any difference. So now I'm doubly fed up with Celebrity.

I'm finding this too. Space of 4 hours... they've pushed up the on board price by 45%! Then discounted. I tried to buy last night but the site kept crashing. Now I'm left feeling ripped off!
