Phenomenal. When the closest thing to that at home is the Olive Garden… you appreciate it. And truffle oil on gnocchi is always fantastic.

So Annibel is new. First cruise contract… from the UK. We are teaching her the reasons to learn names and orders. Land bartender versus cruise bartender. I said she needs to eat more rice… that’s gotta be why the Indonesian and Filipino staff can do it. No rice, no power. 😉

Hanging out with some others from our group. DH took a nap. Melancholy but getting off the ship but excited for more Athens adventures. Extra Virgin tonight. Persephone and So Fancy even later.

Did some work and noticed the Sun club was open. I’m not hungry though.

Goodbye Mykonos. It was fantastic. Spoke to some of our group that went to Paradise Beach club. They said it was a very young crowd, expensive and not worth the $35 each way cab ride. Said several times, young people were just using the bathroom on the dance floor. Glad we skipped that.

Then, there she was. 28 minutes late. Running, crowd cheering. Our first Virgin Voyages pier runner.

And the gangway is still out.

15 minutes late, the last old town shuttle pulls up. Lots of runners. And some running from the sea bus water taxi.

So amazing.

5 minutes after back onboard time. We are at the Dock House and there are still gangways out.
