We want all recommendations for car transport only from LHR to central London hotel, and the a few days later from London Hotel to Southampton. Not looking for bus or train thanks . I’ve seen Blackberry, Justairports , any others? Experiences please .

For those that may have stayed at the Clermont Hotel, Victoria what are you thoughts. While it looks like a lovely hotel and centrally located, some reviews online have mentioned a long walk like 10 minutes to another building for their rooms. Isn't there just one main building, and if not can they guarantee you wont be in another building>

Has anyone ever booked through Get your guide and booked the London to Southampton cruise termonal shared transport through them? They use a group called Travel In Group.

I booked this for our first and 2nd day in London .. thought after an international flight might be a good intro to London. would love to hear from others experiences on this and how frequently they run .. etc ..

ok i was going to start a post but saw this here. So, is the Citavecchia Express a good choice? It doesn't appear they started selling tickets yet( we are going Sept 2023 off the Sky princess) , :https://civitavecchia.portmobility.it/en/new-civitavecchia-express-non-stop-train-cruise-passengers But my questions are : 1. How do we get from ship to train station without walking? It appears there is a port shuttle to another stop, where you have to wait for a 2-3 euro bus to train station . Is this correct? 2. With the express train it seems you have option of getting off at stop nearer to ST Peters , or the last stop nearer to Coliseum.? 3. Going back from Rome from to Citavecchia is there only one train? 4. Thoughts on using this as a more economical way of getting from Port to Rome and back to ship?

We are on Princess Sky and docking in Sardinia Alghero. We have to tender. My question for those who have been there. 1. are there taxis waiting at tender drop off and if so any idea of pricing. 2. are there tours / excursions at pier of tender drop off, suggestions of what to do, we are beach people and love to snorkel .

Is this worth the $100 and why ?

So I guess my question would be if somehow Princess doesn’t get you to Heathrow in time after the Stonehedge tour , would they be liable to get you on a new flight ?

Was wondering if anyone out there would know. Our flight leaves Heathrow at 4:55 Pm and the princess site lists the excursion after the cruise as being from 8 am to 2 :15 Pm. It says for flights after 4 pm so my question is this. Is 2:15 pm the drop off time at Heathrow?

Thanks all. Another question . Assuming we land on time at Heathrow at 7 am, how long would you estimate it will take to go through customs, get luggage, and a guesstimate on arrival at London Hotel .?

Is it necessary to have tickets in advance? We are arriving in London , at Heathrow at 7 am from the states, and in case hotel won’t let’s us check in to room but will hold our luggage, I was thinking The Tower would be a good start to the trip. So does Tower ever sell out or is it advisable to buy tix in advance.

We are a group in mid 60 to mid 70. All mobile. is Park Guell and Montserrat too difficult for our age group. ? all thoughts and experiences welcome !

What is the soda can allotment ?

I mean really Princess. All excited for our Sept 2023 med cruise on Sky but the medallion app wow what is wrong with this thing. ?? I cannot get into the area to put in my passport info, and other info they wanted.. it keeps circling around and around. Does it not work at night, is this going to be a constant theme ? also is the regular medallion with lanyard free or is there a charge ..

I have a issue where my medallion app lets me log in with my current booking number but once I’m in it still uses a cancelled booking number rather than current valid booking number. So I can’t add in passport, and other needed info. I had to call medallion number, they said it could take 3-5 days to fix, anyone else ever experienced this issue ?

We have been to Florence, so when our Princess ship stops at Livorno, I’m thinking of a tour to Cinque Terre. has anyone taken a ships excursion ( Princess does have one to Cinque Terre) or was there a private tour company you’d recommend .
