Fair point. Nor a full time cook or housekeeper for me either. I guess my point was that I enjoy the entertainment, casinos included..I would be bored stiff on some of the luxury ships. Choices are good.

They were “working on something”, could have meant trying to find alternate ports..could have been a rumor, could have been complete BS. Who knows..I don’t think they owed you anything. -
Some of your food pictures you have posted, no way I could eat all of that in one sitting. I think it's because I tend to be full from drinking. 27 is the forecasted low in Peachtree City tonight. GA for those who don't know. Brr...🙂

I make a few simple request, ice in the room etc at the start of a cruise...these I consider above and beyond...my request is always accompanied by a $20....only one cruise out of 15 or so have I not gotten the ice etc I requested. Never have I had anyone with any issues taking the $20.

The only thing I missed on my YC cruises vs Celebrity was the Sunset Bar... Non retreat vs YC..I would do YC most every time, assuming the prices are similar. The rest of the ship on Celebrity is much nicer to me...but the YC is very nice and a nice enclave.

My favorite part of cruising is getting away from all these electronic leashes…I have to remember to charge my phone the last night so I can check in to my flight, if I have one…otherwise, I just let it charge in the car on the ride home. why do I need a watch on board, clocks are around the ship..etc.. y’all should try disconnecting sometime, it’s refreshing.

On my most recent YC cruise, Seaside, the WiFi they provided was fine for WiFi calling…my DIL turned 30, I had to sing happy birthday to her. 🙂

I like a drink..which I have already paid for…your cruise card makes that easier..i like to get mine…plus I have very little in carry on stuff…I travel light. Re Blu..if I don’t like the menu why would I eat there? I’m not a picky 8 year old.
