Online it says 68.2% are fully vaccinated in FL.

I don't think they are blind to it, just know that it is a virus that is not going to go away and we have to live with it. If people stop testing and just stay home when sick, like every other illness, it would be "normal". FL is the most normal than other states as I have friends and family in FL and it is like another world compared to NY where they are still on a power trip with all of this.

Do you avoid people on land also as most things are back to normal and no social distancing and masks anymore?

I hope they provide them because I don't plan on bringing any with me.

Your son can get the refreshment package if you call RC as they do require both to get the Deluxe online. That is the lowest they will allow now.

Wondered if anyone who is complaining about the prices drink, on land? Not buying your own bottles and drinking at home but out in a bar or restaurant. If I can get a cocktail for $10 or $12 I am shocked as most places charge $15 or more. To me, on the cruise, it is about the same and it is vacation so I will be drinking more than I do on land. I also have the option of other specialty drinks. To me it is worth it as many drinks are filled with ice and go down pretty quick at the pool on a hot day. I also have the option to try things I might not on land as it would cost me money to decide I don't like it or buy all the ingredients to make it at home.

We had 2 cruises cancelled so this is our 3rd and kept the same price as the first so we did very well. We have always gone in the summer when the kids were off. People who go all the time don't have the patience as the rest of us who truly appreciate getting away. I plan to just roll with it and just drink lol

Up north they still have another month of school. Don't know when the south finishes. I would say soon since they start earlier.

Yeah I get that. Hubby barely drinks so not worth it for him but the mocktails and milkshakes might even it out for him lol

Thanks everyone. Decided to get the packages on sale for Memorial Day and was able to get the Deluxe and Refreshment for less than $800 total. Not too bad for almost anything we want 🙂

I was just told by my TA that I would need a doctors note. She is going to check it out again but I will keep calling until they will give me 1 alcohol and 1 refresh (even though I wanted the soda and they will not do that AT ALL anymore). The nickel and diming now is ridiculous and I have had 2 cancelled cruises. Throw me a bone people lol

I know the price for my cruise. Just wondered how much more it is on board than before hand.

Has anyone not gotten their deluxe beverage package beforehand and waited until they got on the ship? Do you know how much more you paid then if you did it in advance?
