Did you worry about everyone BEFORE this? Did you wear a mask? Stay home? Run to the doctor if you felt sick? Get tested? The media has put upon us that we need to worry about EVERYONE now and not live our lives normally. Turn off the media, stop listening to rumors and move on. NO ONE knows everyone's medical history and how they will fare from ANY illness or virus. We can't worry about everything as that is why we are a society of anxious, depressed people.

Who can and should be taught where the appropriate places are to run, anywhere. Just like screaming. Fun screaming is one thing, the blood curdling is not needed. That is taught also but it seems easier for parents to just ignore it all and say kids will be kids.

The norm now is, when you don't watch your kids and something happens, you blame everyone and everything else. The norm in the 70's and 80's, when you didn't watch your kids and something happened, you blamed the kid every time as kids didn't get away with anything and it was assumed the kid was in fault. Now all the kiddies are coddled and are perfect and can do no wrong (I have kids and blame them first lol). Go on any parenting page on social media and you will see it everyday. Parents have changed and not in a good way all the time.

Curfew should mean no tolerance. Go and find the parents and tell them they will all be kicked off the cruise if they don't abide.

I guess no one was monitoring kids on this cruise as I am pretty sure there is a 1am curfew.

This might not be the time (or ever) for you to cruise then. Many if not most of us are comfortable sailing and being around others (for a long while now) so things need to go back to normal.

As they get older it is harder for everyone to get ready and have the space needed. Also, it is nice to have some "alone" time with your partner if you travel with someone else 🙂

Me!!! Not vaccinated and never got covid. Have been tested for work too so for months I know I at least didn't have it then 🙂

Not at Applebees but I do sit with strangers at Hibachi lol.

Ahhhh...have been with others since May of 2020 and large crowds since May of 2021 and not vaccinated. If I get it, I get it and really not worried, no. I will have to get vaccinated to cruise which I am not happy about as I have relied on my immune system this past 2 + years and have been fine. Only thing I have to be vaccinated for but it is what it is.

Sorry, that really sucks. Knock on wood, I have been covid free for over 2 years with no vaccine. Just had to start getting mine for our upcoming cruise. Not happy but I want to cruise now after 2 cancellations so I have no choice.

Understood. My experience has been very different for the last 2 years, especially for over a year but to each their own 🙂

Well I know for RCCL, it is a requirement for anyone over 12. Not sure if that was for exemptions which I heard is very hard to get.
