    Five years to build and commission 4 ships The CEO did say they planned to commence 1 Ocean and 1 Expedition by Q2 2024 - I’d hope they would be in service in 2026 (just a personal estimate - could be earlier but I doubt later)

    That's something I’d ask my TA to organise - if the bookings are via multiple travel agencies just give yours the booking references and ask them to organise it

    In the past the movies were in addition to any live shows and entertainment or enrichment activities - they were not used as a substitute for live entertainment except on very rare occasions. The screening times tended to reflect that

    For those who claim not to know who Taylor Swift is she recently sold out 7 stadium shows in Australia - instantly. She’s pretty popular across a range of age groups https://amp.abc.net.au/article/102539160 I suppose you’ll tell me you don’t know who Adele, Katy Perry or Pink are as well - or maybe Amy Winehouse either Fortunately the duos that Crystal started bringing on for the Cove and Palm Court knew a number of modern artists numbers that kept us entertained I hope the Hollywood theatre shows get a freshen up and some relatively modern music added to the roster

    You are 100% correct Also these days many merchants in many countries accept debit and credit cards - people might just be surprised as to how many. During COVID there was a big move to electronic transactions to avoid cash handling

    The good news is there will be many reports (and photos) from next weeks shakedown cruise and from several experienced Crystal cruisers on the first passenger cruise It will be great to hear from multiple sources as we know there are many aspects to cruising and not everyone shares the same expectations I am certainly not expecting everything to be locked in and set in concrete during the first couple of cruises - Crystal will no doubt find tune their offering over the coming months - they will be listening to feedback from guests (now there’s another question - how will they gather customer feedback?) Time no doubt will tell
