There are tons of videos on YouTube of people doing the ziplines in Labadee. Google them, they are fun to watch. So based on that, seems like no problem.

If you have an enhanced drivers license it provides proof of Citizenship, so you don't need any other document for Caribbean travel by ship....
Right. The question, in a nutshell, was what do you need to get OFF the ship in St. Maarten: Sea Pass. Get back ON: photo ID, Sea Pass.
-
We have never needed ID to get OFF at a port we have been to (about 20), and certainly not at the 3 you listed. You need a passport or DL/photo ID and birth cert to get ON the ship when you start the cruise. Additionally, most ports require a photo ID and your Sea pass card to get back ON the ship after you visit a port.

Thanks all,
Is flying in to Fort Lauderdale from Dallas on the day of the cruise feasable? Or would I be pushing my luck? Online it shows flights of an hour or so.
I don't think this is right. The shortest I see is 2 hrs 40 minutes, nonstop.

Reported several days ago on this thread. There are also pics of the room service menus near the top of the thread.

I found a video of it from May 2013
Looks about the same except for the flat panel TV. Seems like a nice cabin for those with kids.

Click on 8012. Found it through a google search.

I'm not understanding why anyone thinks this is a problem. I'm married but my husband and I have different last names. We both fill out a form, no issue. As far as going through the customs lines, we often split up and make a game of who chose the faster line, so we are not together most of the time.
Even if we are right next to each other, customs has never asked if we were together, let alone if we are married to each other.

But... what if you are retired firefighter? I don't have an ID or badge.... anyone know?

Retired firefighter is eligibleI think the question is, when you're retired, you no longer have ID or a badge. I am in the same position, retired non-sworn, no longer have department ID and never had a badge. Any clue?

A little more specific on how to get there: Cruise Critic Message Board Forums > Ports of Call > Caribbean > the city you are looking for

Beat me to it --- of course :) Sacramento International Airport.

Continued...
Specifically, under the "Terms and Conditions" It reads: "Package does not include room service or in-stateroom purchases, mini bar items, Evian water, canned sodas, bottled juice and souvenir glassware, specialty beers as listed on bar menus, or super premium category beverages."
I believe it still includes "still" water which is some other brand than the large Evian bottles that are in your room. Arrowhead or similar.

I've not had good luck with walkie talkies when separated by a few decks.
Same for us. We have tried cheap, expense and in between and there is too much metal and other folks trying to get them to work. Husband is communications/radio guy and even all his hacks and tricks didn't make them any better. Good luck.

^^ Op is just asking a question. Basically you told her to mind her business. Maybe consider withholding your comments in the future if you are not offering useful advice.
OP, are you considering modifying a forced gratuity payment (such as being forced to make gratuity payments when signing up for MTD)?
Maybe you should consider that others have offered useful advice even though it doesn't agree with you.
Personally, I agree with dplusd. I think they offered an alternate way of thinking. As my son is a chef, we don't know what part of the 20% we leave the server goes to him, if anything. It's up to the owners of the business to decide how the tips should be divided. People don't ask what I pay in taxes or what my social contributions are. Don't worry about it.

Sailing next sun out of Miami on allure. Going to be about 100$ to park for 7 days. Is there a better parking area that's GOOD and cheap? Or a hotel you have used who be close to the same value?
You leave out of Ft. Lauderdale not Miami

No mail. Some also never get e mails despite signing up for them and calling to make sure they are on the list.
Thanks again.

Up until April of this year there used to be savings certificates that were listed on the website that were available for all C&A members. They were for specific cruises and had specific $ amounts.
These have been replaced with a C&A savings that os available to all members. There is no way to see a list of all the cruises that it applies to. The only way to see if your cruise has the savings amount applied to it is to do a mock booking. When you click on price details you will see the breakdown of fare, taxes and fees and savings applied. Theses amounts vary by cruise and cabin category. We had one where the C&A savings was higher than our balcony discount. RCI automatically applies the higher discount.
Thank you! That info is very helpful. But you still wouldn't get anything in the mail right? My question is also to sort of help the OP that the only answer is to do mock bookings.... or am I still missing something I should expect in the mail - someday?
-
I'm not taking about the balcony discounts (Diamond of I can recall) but about the former saving certificates. I think clarea mentioned in another thread that when you are logged into C&A when booking there are some discounts... The C&A brochure mentions discounts under Gold benefits.
Wondering what C&A info you are expecting? We signed up in February after our first Oasis cruise and got the C&A number and it shows Gold on my 2 future reservations, but not sure if I'm missing something else? We have never gotten anything in the mail.
I've seen the matrix showing the different levels perks. At Gold we don't get balcony or other discounts so I'm trying to figure out what getting your C&A materials - whatever those are- is going to make a difference for you. Perhaps I can benefit from more info. Thanks in advance...

Yikes!!! 281 to Jewel and then 528 to Allure...... sigh

She just returned from that cruise.
Thanks... I have signatures off and the "just" messed me up.

I just paid $2800 for 2 people, Central Park balcony, august 3...that was with police discount. $2900 for 2 in connecting room with residency discount.
Didn't you say you would never give RCL another dime? I'm really confused.

Seriously? You're just as likely to get it off the handle of your local grocery cart. You just don't know about all the other cases because it's not in a confined space like a ship. Folks all over your town could have it but no one would ever know or put 2 and 2 together.
Just ignorant to say they got it in Mexico.
